چکیده
|
این مطالعه به بررسی نرخ رشد و وضعیت نشر مجلات علمی ایران به لحاظ حوزه موضوعی، وابستگی سازمانی، درجه علمی، زبان انتشار، نشر الکترونیکی و چگونگی دسترسی به مقالات آن‌ها از لحاظ آزاد و غیرآزاد بودن و همچنین قالب مقالات با استفاده از روش پیمایشی- توصیفی پرداخته است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از سیاهه وارسی استفاده شده و جامعه پژوهش شامل نشریات معتبر علمی- پژوهشی و علمی- ترویجی کمیسیون نشریات وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری و وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. یافته‌های مطالعه حاکی از آن است که در ایران تا تیر ماه 1394 تعداد 1455 عنوان نشریه علمی معتبر منتشر شده که بیش از 95 درصد آن‌ها به دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات پژوهشی وابسته هستند و تعداد نشریات از تیر ماه 1388 تا تیر ماه 1394 با رشد 7/2 برابری روبه‌رو بوده است. همچنین دسترسی آزاد به متن کامل مقالات، در قالب فایل پی‌دی‌اف از طریق وبگاه نشریات در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارد.

A Study on the Publication Status and Growth Rate of Scientific Journals in Iran

Abstract
|
This study was performed to investigate the publication status and growth rate of Iranian scientific journals considering their subject, organization affiliation, scientific rank, publication language, electronic publishing, full-text access either free or not and the form of articles. The survey method has been used in this study. A checklist was employed for collecting data and the samples included journals with scientific- research and scientific-promotiv degree approved by the National Scientific Journals Supervision Commission (Ministry of Science, Research and Technology) and the National Medical Scientific Journals Commission (Ministry of Health and Medical Education). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis.The results show that 1455 scientific journals have been published in Iran up to July 2015 which more than 95% are affiliated with state-run universities and research institutes. The number of publications is faced with a 2.7-fold growth from July 2009 until June 2015. Regarding the access states, about 99% of the journals allow free access to full-text PDF articles via their websites
