بررسی اختلالات تعادلی در کودکان؛ عوامل و ارزیابی‌های موثر

مقدمه: نقایص دهلیزی، سرگیجه و گیجی ممکن است منجر به تاخیر در کنترل وضعیتی، عدم هماهنگی، ایجاد حملات سرگیجه و در نهایت عدم تعادل در کودکان شود. در این مطالعه مروری نظام مند، عوامل تاثیرگذار بر اختلال تعادل کودکان و آزمون‌های موثر در ارزیابی این کودکان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش کار: مقالات معتبر در بازه زمانی سال 2000 تا 2023 در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی pubmed، google scholar، elsevier با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های balance، vertigo، dizziness، vestibular، children جستجو شدند. در مطالعه حاضر، مقالات پژوهشی، مروری روایی، مرورهای سیستماتیک، متاآنالیز مرتبط با هدف مطالعه مورد ارزیابی و وارد مطالعه شدند.یافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر به طور کلی تعداد 95 مقاله یافت شد. با تکرار گیری، تعداد 13 مقاله حذف و 82 مقاله در مطالعه باقی ماند. با بررسی عناوین این مقالات، 7 مقاله به دلیل مرتبط نبودن عنوان با هدف این مطالعه و تعداد 9 مقاله به دلیل مرتبط نبودن متن کامل مقاله حذف شدند و 66 مقاله مرتبط باقی ماندند. تعداد 8 مطالعه به دلیل معیارهای خروج از مطالعه حاضرخارج شدند. بنابراین در مجموع 58 مقاله وارد این مطالعه مروری نظام مند شد و عوامل موثر در بروز اختلال تعادل و ارزیابی موثر در شناسایی این اختلالات یافت گردید.نتیجه گیری: تشخیص صحیح اختلالات تعادلی در کودکان با استفاده از آزمون‌های مناسب، نه تنها از بررسی‌های غیر ضروری جلوگیری می‌کند و نگرانی‌های والدین را کاهش می‌دهد، بلکه پیش‌نیاز درمان موفقیت‌آمیز است.

investigation of balance disorders in children; effective factors and evaluations

introduction: vestibular defects, vertigo and dizziness may lead to delay in postural control, lack of coordination, vertigo attacks and ultimately imbalance in children. in this systematic review, the factors affecting children’s balance disorders and the effective tests for evaluating these children were investigated.methods: valid articles were searched in pubmed, google scholar, elsevier databases between 2000 and 2023 using the keywords balance, vertigo, dizziness, vestibular, children. in the present study, research articles, narrative reviews, systematic reviews, and meta-analysis related to the purpose of the study were evaluated and included in the study.results: in the present study, a total of 95 articles were found. by repetition, 13 articles were removed and 82 articles remained in the study. by examining the titles of these articles, 7 articles were removed because the title was not relevant to the purpose of this study and 9 articles were removed because the full text of the article was not relevant,then leaving 66 relevant articles. 8 studies were excluded from the present study due to exclusion criteria. therefore, a total of 58 articles were included in this systematic review and effective factors in the occurrence of balance disorders and effective assessment in identifying these disorders were found.conclusions: correct diagnosis of balance disorders in children using appropriate tests not only prevents unnecessary examinations and reduces parents’ worries, but is also a prerequisite for successful treatment.
