بررسی عوامل موثر بر الگوی باروری شهر اراک در سال 1396 با مدل معادلات ساختاری

زمینه و هدف: الگوی باروری از مهم‌ترین عوامل تعیین‌کننده نوسانات جمعیتی است. عوامل فردی و اجتماعی مختلفی این الگو را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر الگوی باروری با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، از بین زنان متاهل در سنین فرزندآوری که به عنوان همراه بیمار به بیمارستان‌های طالقانی، ولیعصر و امیرالمومنین اراک مراجعه کرده بودند، 384 خانم به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. پس از کسب رضایت شفاهی شرکت در مطالعه، چک‌لیست محقق‌ساخته برای آن‌ها تکمیل شد. برای سنجش اثر متغیرهای مهم فردی و اجتماعی بر الگوی باروری از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد و تجزیه ‌و تحلیل اطلاعات با نرم‌افزارهای amous نسخه 11 و spss نسخه 22 انجام شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه با کد اخلاق ir.arakmu.rec.1396.4 توسط کمیته اخلاق پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی اراک به ثبت رسید.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی افراد شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه 11/19 ±‌40/03 بود. متغیرهای موثر بر الگوی باروری با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری به ترتیب شامل نوع فعالیت ورزشی فرد، روش‌ پیشگیری از بارداری، نوع درمان ناباروری و مدت‌زمان استفاده از روش‌های پیشگیری بودند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد فعالیت بدنی، روش‌ پیشگیری از بارداری و مدت‌زمان استفاده از این روش و نوع درمان ناباروری با الگو باروری رابطه دارند. با شناخت عوامل موثر بر الگوی باروری و افزایش آگاهی زوجین جوان، می‌توان به اصلاح الگوی باروری کمک کرد.

Investigating of Factors Affecting the Fertility Pattern of Arak City in 2018 With the Structural Equation Modeling

Background and Aim: Fertility pattern is one of the most important determinants of population fluctuations. Various individual and social factors affect this pattern. This study aimed to determine the factors affecting the fertility pattern using the structural equation model.Methods Materials: In this crosssectional study, 384 women were randomly selected from married women of childbearing age who referred to Taleghani, Valiasr, and Amir AlMomenin hospitals in Arak as patients. After obtaining verbal consent to participate in the study, a researchermade and valid questionnaire was completed for them. Structural equation modeling was used to measure the effect of important individual and social variables on fertility patterns. Data analysis and analysis were performed with AMOUS software version 11 and SPSS V. 22.Ethical Considerations: This study was registered with the ethics code IR.ARAKMU.REC.1396.4 by the Research Ethics Committee of Arak University of Medical Sciences.Results: The Mean ±SD age of the participants in the study was 40.03 ±11.19. The variables affecting the fertility pattern using the structural equation model included, respectively, the type of individual exercise, the method of contraception, the type of infertility treatment, and the duration of use of the contraceptive method.Conclusion: The results showed that physical activity, contraceptive method, and duration of use of this method and the type of infertility treatment were related to fertility pattern. By recognizing the factors affecting the fertility pattern and increasing the awareness of young couples, it is possible to help improve the fertility pattern.
