   مقایسه نشخوار خشم و تعارض بین فردی در محیط کار بین کارکنان با و بدون نشانگان افسردگی

چکیده    ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻧﺸﺨﻮار ﺧﺸﻢ و ﺗﻌﺎرض ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮد ی در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻋﻠّﯽ- ﻣﻘﺎﯾ ﺴﻪ ای و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه اراک، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ اراک و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﭘﯿﺎم ﻧﻮر اراک در ﺳﺎل 1400 ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮی در دﺳﺘﺮس 112 ﻧﻔﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و در دو ﮔﺮوه 56 ﻧﻔﺮ ی ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﺟﺎی ﮔﺬاری ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻧﺸﺨﻮار ﺧﺸﻢ، ﺳﯿﺎﻫﻪ اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﺑﮏ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮدی در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ. داده ﻫﺎ ازﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐ ﯿﺮه و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار آﻣﺎری 23-spss ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎ ﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی ﭘﺲ ﻓﮑﺮﻫﺎی ﺧﺸﻢ، اﻓﮑﺎر اﻧﺘﻘﺎم، ﺧﺎﻃﺮه ﻫﺎی ﺧﺸﻢ و ﺗﻌﺎرض ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﮑﺎر ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺑﺎ و ﺑﺪون ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﮐﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺑﺎ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﻤﺮات ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮی را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﺑﺪون ﻧﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎی اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﮐﺴﺐ ﮐﺮده ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﯿﻦ دو ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻦ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻫﺎ و ﺗﻌﺎرض ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺖ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾ ﻦ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ. ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ در ﻣﺤﯿ ﻂ ﮐﺎر ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺧﺸﻢ و ﺗﻌﺎرضﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺎر( ﻣﯽﺗﻮان از ﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮی ﮐﺮد.

   comparison of anger rumination and interpersonal conflict in employees with and without depressive disorder symptoms

Abstract    the aim of the present study was to compare the rumination of anger and interpersonal conflict in the workplace between employees with and without depression symptoms. the present research method was descriptive and causal-comparative and practical in terms of its purpose. the target population was all the employees of arak university, islamic azad university of arak branch and payam noor university of arak in 1400. based on available sampling method, 112 people were selected and placed in two groups of 56 people with and without depression symptoms. the data were analyzed through multivariate variance analysis and spss-23 statistical software. the results showed that there is a significant difference between the components of thoughts of anger, thoughts of revenge, memories of anger and conflict with colleagues between the two groups with and without depression symptoms. so that the group with depression symptoms had obtained higher scores of all these components than the group without depression symptoms. there was no significant difference between these two groups between the two components of knowing the causes and conflict with the supervisor (p lt;0.05). it can be said that by identifying factors affecting depression in the workplace (such as anger and conflicts in the workplace), depression in employees can be prevented.
