|
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﯽ، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻓﺮاﻃﯽ و ﻋﻼﯾﻢ وﺳﻮاس- ﺟﺒﺮی در ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺳﺎﮐﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ( ﺑﻮد. از ﻣﯿﺎن ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺳﺎﮐﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان 300 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻓﺮاﺧﻮان اﯾﻨﺘﺮﻧﺘﯽ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻼکﻫﺎی ورود ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿ ﺮی در دﺳﺘﺮس، در ﺳﺎل 1401 اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﯿﺎﻫﻪ ﺗﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺪه وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ- اﺟﺒﺎر ی ﻓﻮآ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )2002(، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﯽ راﯾﺲ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1986(، ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻧﮕﺮش ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻓﺮاﻃﯽ ﺳﺎﻟﮑﻮوﺳﮑﯿﺲ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران، )2000( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ وﻟﺰ، )1997( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ )ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ( و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎی spss26 وamos22 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﯽ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻓﺮاﻃﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ وﺳﻮاس ﺟﺒﺮی راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری دارد )p<0/05( و ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿ ﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﯽ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻓﺮاﻃﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ وﺳﻮاس ﺟﺒﺮی ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ دارد و اﺛﺮ ﻏﯿﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﯽ، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻓﺮاﻃﯽ و ﻋﻼﺋﻢ وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ- اﺟﺒﺎری ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ، از ﺗﻄﺎﺑﻖ ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮده و ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﻬﻢ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎی رواﻧﯽ و ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎت ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ را دارا اﺳﺖ. از اﯾﻦ رو، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان اﻇﻬﺎر ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ در ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﻋﻼ ﯾﻢ وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ- اﺟﺒﺎری، ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰی ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺟﻬﺖ ارﺗﻘﺎی آﻣﻮزش اﻓﺮاد در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﯽ و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖﭘﺬﯾﺮی اﻓﺮاﻃ ﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺗ ﯿﺐ، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ- اﺟﺒﺎری از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺜﺒﯿﺖ ﺑﺎورﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ، ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ راﻫﮑﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد.ا ﯾﻦ اﻇﻬﺎرات ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎی رواﻧﯽ و رواﺑﻂ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋ ﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﻨﺪ و در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ، ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی درﻣﺎﻧﯽ و آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺪ ﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﺿﻄﺮاب و ﻋﻼﺋﻢ وﺳﻮاﺳﯽ- اﺟﺒﺎری ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﻨﺪ.

Abstract
|
the aim of the present study was to determine the mediating role of metacognitive beliefs in the relationship between anxiety sensitivity, responsibility acceptance, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms in the general population residing in tehran. the research method was descriptive correlational (path analysis). from the general population residing in tehran, 300 individuals were selected through an online call based on the criteria for entering the sampling procedure available in the year 2021. the instruments used in this study included the revised obsessive-compulsive inventory foa et al. (2002), the anxiety sensitivity index reiss et al. (1986), the responsibility attitude scale salkovskis et al. (2000), and the metacognitions questionnaire wells (1997). to analyze the present study, descriptive-correlational (path analysis) method and spss 26 and amos 22 software were used. the results of the path analysis showed that anxiety sensitivity and responsibility acceptance have a direct and significant relationship with compulsive checking symptoms (p<0/05), and metacognitive beliefs play a mediating role in the relationship between anxiety sensitivity and responsibility acceptance with compulsive checking symptoms. the indirect effect of metacognitive beliefs on the relationship between anxiety sensitivity, responsibility acceptance, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms was significant. based on the results of the path analysis, it can be concluded that the model used in this analysis had a desirable fit and has the potential to better understand the psychological processes and relationships between the variables under study. therefore, it can be argued that the mediating role of metacognitive beliefs in relation to obsessive-compulsive symptoms can be considered as an effective intervention in improving individuals' education in the field of anxiety sensitivity and responsibility acceptance. thus, reducing obsessive-compulsive symptoms through stabilizing metacognitive beliefs emerges as an important strategy. these findings indicate that research in this area can help improve psychological processes and social relationships, leading to the development of therapeutic and educational programs for managing anxiety and obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
