تاثیر بار شناختی بر اعتماد به دیگران: بررسی نقش تعدیل گر تعالی شخصیت

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر بار شناختی بر اعتماد به دیگران با نقش تعدیل‏گر تعالی شخصیت است. شرکت کنندگان در تحقیق حاضر که به صورت تجربی اجرا گردید، دانشجویان دانشگاه خلیج فارس بودند. از بین 125 دانشجویی که جهت شرکت در تحقیقات روانشناختی اعلام آمادگی کرده بودند، تعداد 85 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه تعالی شخصیت پاکیزه، در شرایط متفاوت بار شناختی (بدون بار شناختی تا حفظ کردن چهار عدد سه رقمی)، سناریو اعتماد به دیگران را اجرا نمودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های این پژوهش از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی (انحراف معیار و میانگین) و تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی با روش بارون و کینی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بار شناختی باعث کاهش اعتماد (0.482 = r) می‌شود و تعالی شخصیت نقش تعدیل‏گری در رابطه این متغیرها دارد. با توجه به تحت تاثیر قرار گرفتن اعتماد توسط بار شناختی و کاهش اعتماد و افزایش حجم اطلاعات در عصر حاضر و با توجه به ارتباط اعتماد با سلامت روانی و عدم وجود پژوهش های علمی در این زمینه در ایران شایسته است که تحقیقات بیشتری در رابطه اعتماد و بار شناختی صورت گیرد.

the effect of cognitive load on trust to the others: the mediating role of personality transcendenceo

the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cognitive load on trust of others with the moderator role of personality transcendence. participants in the present study, which were experimentally conducted, were students of the persian gulf university in the academic year of 96 95. of the 125 students who were ready to participate in psychological research, 85 were randomly selected. after completing the pakizeh personality trancsendence questionnaire, in different cognitive load conditions (no cognitive load to memorize four three digit numbers), the scenario of others was carried out. to analyze the data of this research, descriptive statistics (standard deviation and mean) and also hierarchical regression analysis using baron and kini methods have been used. findings show that cognitive load reduces trust (r=0/482), and personality transcendence have a moderating role in relation to these variables. due to the impact of trust on the cognitive load and the reduction of trust and the increase in the amount of information in the contemporaneously and considering the relationship of trust with mental health and the lack of scientific research in this field in iran, it is worth further research on trust and cognitive load relation.
