نیازهای ویژه آموزشی کودکان و نوجوانان ساکن مراکز سازمان بهزیستی

مقدمه: کودکان و نوجوانان ساکن مراکز بهزیستی به دلیل شرایط زندگی نامناسب و آسیبهای متعددی که متحمل شده‌اند، نیاز به حمایت و مراقبت ویژه دارند. آموزش یکی از عوامل موثر در بهبود رفاه، سلامت و آینده این گروه از کودکان و نوجوانان است که می‌تواند به ارتقای شایستگی آنها کمک کند. هدف این مقاله بررسی نیازهای ویژه آموزشی کودکان و نوجوانان ساکن مراکز سازمان بهزیستی است.روش: این پژوهش از رویکرد تفسیری و روش کیفی استفاده کرده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بوده است. نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش به شیوه هدفمند و با حداکثر تنوع انجام شده و درنهایت مشارکت‌کنندگان 45 نفر و شامل سه گروه اصلی شدند: کودکان و نوجوانان ساکن مراکز بهزیستی، مدیران و مربیان این مراکز و متخصصان رشته‌های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش.یافته‌ها: این مطالعه دو مضمون اصلی را در رابطه با نیازهای آموزشی کودکان و نوجوانان ساکن مراکز شناسایی کرد. مضمون اول بر پرداختن به شکاف بین نتایج آموزشی فعلی و مطلوب متمرکز است. این تم دو حوزه کلیدی را در بر می‌گیرد: نیازهای مبتنی بر دانش و نیازهای مبتنی بر مهارت. نیازهای دانش‌محور شامل آموزش شهروندی برای توانمندسازی جوانان به‌عنوان شهروندان فعال است؛ درحالی‌که نیازهای مبتنی بر مهارت بر مهارتهای بین فردی، فنی و خودکنترلی برای زندگی مستقل و آمادگی نیروی کار بسیار مهم است.مضمون دوم نیازهای آموزشی را از منظر علایق و خواسته‌های خود کودکان و نوجوانان برجسته می‌کند. این مضمون بر اهمیت برنامه‌های ورزشی و هنری نه‌تنها برای تفریح، بلکه برای ارتقای سلامت روان، مهارتهای اجتماعی، ابراز وجود و خلاقیت تاکید می‌کند.بحث: این پژوهش نشان داد که کودکان و نوجوانان ساکن مراکز بهزیستی نیازهای ویژه آموزشی متنوعی دارند که باید با توجه به شرایط آنها موردتوجه قرار گیرند. پیشنهاد‌هایی برای بهبود وضعیت آموزشی این گروه از کودکان و نوجوانان در پایان مقاله ارائه شده است.

introduction: orphaned and vulnerable children and adolescents residing in welfare centers require special support and attention due to inadequate living conditions and the diverse adversities they experience. education is a pivotal element in improving the well-being, health, and prospects of this group of children and adolescents and is capable of bolstering their proficiency. the current study examined the distinct educational requirements of orphaned and vulnerable children and adolescents residing in welfare centers. method: this study used an interpretive approach and qualitative methodology. data was collected through semi-structured interviews. the sampling process was conducted purposefully and with maximum diversity, resulting in the participation of 45 individuals categorized into three main groups: orphaned and vulnerable children and adolescents residing in welfare centers, the managers and trainers working at these centers, and professionals in fields related to the research question.findings: this study identifies two main themes regarding the educational needs of children and adolescents in residential care. the first theme centers on addressing the gap between current and desired educational outcomes. this theme encompasses two key areas: knowledge-based needs and skill-based needs. knowledge-based needs involve civic education to empower youth as active citizens. in contrast, skill-based needs focus on interpersonal, technical, and self-regulation skills crucial for independent living and workforce readiness. the second theme highlights the educational needs from the perspective of children and adolescents’ interests and desires. it emphasizes the importance of sports and arts programs not only for recreation but also for promoting mental health, social skills, self-expression, and creativity.discussion: the study demonstrated that orphaned and vulnerable children and adolescents living in welfare centers have varying educational needs that require customized support tailored to their specific situations. the paper concludes with suggestions for improving the educational outcomes of this particular group.
