واکاوی راهکارهای زنان سرپرست و غیرسرپرست خانوار در ایجاد شادمانی در محیط خانواده (مطالعه‌ای کیفی در شهر یزد)

مقدمه: شادمانی فرزندان تحت‌تاثیر روابط با خانواده است. تعاملات روزمره فرزندان با والدین خود به‌خصوص مادر، اکنون به‌عنوان عاملی در رشد آنها تلقی می‌شود. خانواده درعین‌حال مهم‌ترین زمینه برای رشد فرزندان محسوب می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه راهکارهای زنان سرپرست خانوار و غیرسرپرست در ایجاد شادمانی در محیط خانواده است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی بود، همچنین داده‌ها با 40 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته در شهر یزد جمع‌آوری شد. 20 نفر از زنان نمونه، غیرسرپرست و 20 نفر را زنان سرپرست خانوار تشکیل دادند. همچنین نمونه‌گیری از نوع هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انجام گرفت، بعد از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، با شش مرحله تحلیل مضمونی کدگذاری انجام شد.یافته‌ها: زنان غیرسرپرست سه مضمون نهایی فرزندمداری مهرورزانه، رضایت از خویشتن و زنانگی کل‌نگرانه را تجربه کردند. درحالی‌که زنان سرپرست خانوار در دو مضمون نهایی تحت عنوان شادمانگی کل‌نگرانه و ناکامی در شادمانگی را تجربه کرده بودند. فی‌الواقع، زنان سرپرست فراتر از توان خویش برای رفع نیازهای همه‌جانبه فرزندان تلاش می‌کنند تا در خانواده شادی بیافرینند. با توجه به مطالب احصاشده، زنان غیرسرپرست با وجود داشتن همسر، در ایجاد شادمانی محیط خانواده قوی‌تر عمل می‌کردند اما زن سرپرست خانوار باید خلا نبود همسر را نیز پر می‌کرد و گاهی اوقات نیز در ایجاد شادمانی ناموفق عمل می‌کرد.بحث: نتیجه گرفته می‌شود که شادمانی زنان و خانواده می‌تواند موجب تقویت روحیه در محیط خانواده گردد و متعاقب آن انگیزه رشد و پیشرفت را ارتقا دهد زیرا شادمانی، به‌عنوان یکی از ابعاد توسعه اجتماعی، برای رسیدن به توسعه جامعه مهم تلقی می‌شود.

an nalyzing the strategies of female head and non-head of the household in creating happiness in the family environment; (a qualitative study in the city of yazd)

introduction: children’s happiness is influenced by family relationships. children’s daily interactions with their parents are now seen as a factor in their development. at the same time, the family is considered the most important field for children’s growth. the aim of the current research is to study the strategies of women who are the head of the household and non-head of the household in creating happiness in the family environment.method: the present research method was qualitative and thematic analysis. also, data was collected with 40 semi-structured interviews in yazd city; 20 of the sample women was non-headed and 20 were female heads of the household. also, targeted sampling with maximum variety was done. after collecting the data, coding was done with six steps of thematic analysis.the results showed that non-custodial women experienced the three final themes of affectionate parenting, self-satisfaction and holistic femininity.findings: meanwhile, the female heads of the household had experienced the two final themes under the title of overall happiness and failure in happiness. as a matter of fact, female guardians try beyond their ability to meet the all-round needs of their children to create happiness in the family. according to the collected data, non-custodial women acted stronger in creating happiness in the family environment despite having a husband. but the female head of the household had to fill in the absence of the wife and sometimes she was unsuccessful in creating happiness.discussion: it is concluded that the happiness of women and family can strengthen the morale in the family environment and subsequently promote the motivation of growth and development because happiness, as one of the dimensions of social development, is considered important to achieve the development of society.
