تاثیر شخصیت کارآفرین و نوآور در فعالیتهای اقتصادی بر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی روستاییان (مطالعه موردی روستاهای شهرستان نظرآباد)

مقدمه: بر اساس شواهد علمی به نظر می‌رسد که توسعه فعالیتهای اقتصادی از طریق افراد کارآفرین و نوآور، بر کیفیت زندگی روستاییان تاثیرگذار است. در پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر طرحهای کارآفرینانه و نوآورانه‌ای که در حوزه‌های مختلف در روستاهای شهرستان نظرآباد اجرا شده‌اند، بر کیفیت زندگی روستاییان شهرستان نظرآباد، در شهرستان هشتگرد، موردبررسی گرفت.روش: روش تحقیق مورداستفاده، از نوع آمیخته بود که در بخش کیفی از نظریه زمینه‌ای و در بخش کمی از روش پیمایش استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، همه روستاییان در حومه شهرستان نظرآباد استان البرز در سال 1399 بودند که 323 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته بود که پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0/87 محاسبه شد.یافته‌ها: شخصیت کارآفرین و نوآور ارتباط معناداری با کیفیت زندگی روستاییان و مولفه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی کیفیت زندگی آنها دارد. افزون بر این، کارآفرین و نوآوربودن درمجموع 35 درصد از تغییرات کیفیت زندگی روستاییان را پیش‌بینی می‌کند. ضمن آنکه دراین‌بین، شخصیت کارآفرین هم در نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی و هم در مولفه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی-محیطی تاثیر بیشتری در مقایسه با شخصیت نوآور دارد.بحث: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود شرایط تاسیس سازمانهای مردم‌نهاد حامی کارآفرینی و نوآوری در روستاها تسهیل شود.

investigating the impact of entrepreneurial personality and innovativeness of economic activities on improving the quality of life of villagers

introduction: as indicated by review of related literature it canbe said that the development of economic activities through innovation and entrepreneurship seems to affect the quality of life of villagers. in the present study, entrepreneurial and innovative projects that have been implemented in the villages of nazarabad in various fields were examined. this study aimed to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial personality and innovativeness of economic activities in improving the quality of life of villagers in the villages of nazarabad in hashtgerd.method: the research method was a mixed-method, in which the grounded theory was used in the qualitative part, and the correlation method was used in the quantitative part. the statistical population of this study was all villagers in the suburbs of nazarabad city of alborz province in 2020, and 323 people were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability was calculated using cronbach’s alpha, and it was 0.87.findings: the results showed that entrepreneurial personality and innovativeness have a significant relationship with the overall score of quality of life and economic, social, and environmental components of quality of life. in addition, entrepreneurial personality and innovativeness together account for 35% of changes in the quality of life of villagers. analyses show that entrepreneurship has a greater impact on both the overall score of quality of life and the economic and socio-environmental components than that of innovation.discussion: according to the obtained results, it is suggested to facilitate the establishment of non-governmental organizations supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in rural areas.
