تدوین مدل پارادایمی کاربست رویکرد کارآفرینی اجتماعی در حوزه اشتغال افراد دارای ناتوانی جسمی

مقدمه: امروزه مسئله اشتغال افراد دارای ناتوانی جسمی به عنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی این قشر، در بستر دانش کارآفرینی اجتماعی مورد کندوکاو قرار می ‌گیرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل پاردایمی کاربست رویکرد کارآفرینی اجتماعی در حوزه اشتغال افراد دارای  ناتوانی جسمی استان خوزستان است. روش: روش پژوهش کیفی و برمبنای رهیافت نظریه داده بنیاد می‌ باشد. داده ‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 12 نفر از متخصصان و صاحبنظران کسب و کارهای اجتماعی گردآوری  و در مرحله تحلیل داده ها 15 مقوله اصلی حول مقوله هسته «تمایزانگاری و عدم توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی» در مرحله کدگذاری گزینشی و بر اساس مقوله ‌های اصلی پژوهش استخراج شده‌ اند.یافته ها: در مدل پارادایمی پژوهش مشارکت افراد دارای   ناتوانی به عنوان کارآفرین اجتماعی، بالا بودن انگیزه کار در میان افراد دارای  ناتوانی و لزوم بازنگری دنیای این افراد به عنوان شرایط علّی سبب ساز کارآفرینی اجتماعی؛ آموزش پذیری افراد دارای  ناتوانی و وجود ایده کارآفرینی اجتماعی متناسب با توان‌مندی این افراد نیز به عنوان شرایط زمینه ای کارآفرینی اجتماعی معلولین مفهوم‌ بندی شده‌ اند. مقوله‌ هایی از قبیل تفاوت ‌گذاری، نگاه ابزاری به اشتغال افراد دارای معلولیت، عدم تناسب تخصص و مسئولیت در انتصابات مدیریتی، عدم آماده ‌سازی شغلی، ضعف حمایت های قانونی، نهادی و مالی به عنوان محدودیت ها و شرایط دخیل در توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی هستند. مناسب سازی محیط کار، تصویرسازی ذهنی، برنامه‌ ریزی و سیاست ‌گذاری تحت عنوان مقولات اصلی کنش- تعامل (استراتژی ها) در راستای توسعه کارآفرینی اجتماعی به عنوان زمینه‌ ای برای اشتغال افراد دارای معلولیت، در مدل پارادایمی  پژوهش قرار گرفته‌اند. بحث: کارآفرینی اجتماعی فرایندی است که در مرحله اول با شناخت و تعریف  ناتوانی به عنوان ضعف جسمی، سطح توانایی های فردی، مهارت ها و ارتباطات افراد دارای  ناتوانی را مورد توجه قرارداده و در مرحله دوم با مطالعه و درک نیازمندی های جامعه به راه اندازی کسب و کار مبتنی بر ایده‌ پروری، نوآوری و خلاقیت برای این قشر و گاهاً توسط خود آن ها منجر شود. پیامد نهایی کارآفرینی اجتماعی ورود، مشارکت و ایفای نقش افراد دارای  ناتوانی در چرخه توسعه پایدار است.    

develop a paradigm model for applying the social entrepreneurship approach in the field of employment of people with physical disabilities

introduction: the aim of this study is to develop a paradigm model of applying the social entrepreneurship approach in the field of employment of the physically disabled in khuzestan (aprovince in southwest of iran).method: the research method is a qualitative method based on the grounded theory approach. data were collected using semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 12 social business professionals and experts. in data analysis, 15 main categories have been extracted as regards the centralcategory. also, in the axial coding stage, the central category of research category “differentiation and underdevelopment of social entrepreneurship of the disabled” was extracted based on the main categories of the research. findings: in the paradigm model of research, participation of the disabled as a social entrepreneur, high motivation to work among the disabled and the need to review the world of the disabled have emerged as causal conditionsfor social entrepreneurship. the educability and theexistence of the idea of social entrepreneurship related to the disabled are conceptualized as the contextual conditions of social entrepreneurship for the disabled.discussion: according to the research findings, social entrepreneurship is a process that in the first stage, by recognizing and defining disability as a physical weakness, takes account of the level of individual abilities, skills, and communication of people with disabilities. in the second stage, by studying and understanding the needs of the society, the findings are likely to lead to starting a business based on exploitation, innovation, and creativity for the disabled and sometimes by themselves.the final finding of social entrepreneurship is the entry, participation, and role of people with disabilities in the cycle of sustainable development.
