عوامل موثر بر طرد اجتماعی سالمندان در شهرهای کاشان و آران و بیدگل

مقدمه: یکی از موضوعات مهم در هر جامعه‌ای، توجه و برنامه‌ریزی برای سالمندان در جامعه است تا از انزوا و طرد این افراد جلوگیری گردد. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر درصدد سنجش عوامل موثر بر طرد اجتماعی سالمندان در شهرهای کاشان و آران و بیدگل برآمده است. با توجه به این که جمعیت سالمند شهرهای کاشان و آران و بیدگل از میانگین جمعیت سالمند کشور بیشتر است، در این شهرها باید توجه خاصی به سالمندان و زندگی آنها داشت. روش: این پژوهش با روش پیمایشی انجام شده و حجم نمونه‌ی پژوهش، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 320 نفر برآورد شد که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: بین حمایت خویشاوندان، حمایت فرزندان، سرمایه اجتماعی، سرمایه اقتصادی، حمایت سازمان های رسمی و اوقات فراغت سالمندان و طرد اجتماعی سالمندان رابطه‌ی معکوس وجود دارد. اما بین متغیرهای حمایت سازمان های غیررسمی، سن، تحصیلات و جنس سالمندان و طرد اجتماعی آنها رابطه ی معنادار وجود نداشتند. در تحلیل چندمتغیره و تحلیل مسیر نیز از میان شش متغیر مستقلی که رابطه معکوس با طرد اجتماعی سالمندان داشتند، دو متغیر سرمایه اقتصادی و حمایت فرزندان، دارای تاثیر مستقیم بودند. بحث: بر اساس یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت هرچه سالمندان در فعالیت های زندگی روزمره درگیر باشند، به سرمایه های مختلف دسترسی بیشتر داشته باشند، بیشتر مورد حمایت خانواده و جامعه قرار بگیرند و بیشتر به آنها توجه شود، کمتر احساس طردشدن خواهند داشت. اما اگر در فعالیت های جامعه مشارکتی نداشته باشند و مورد حمایت و توجه خانواده و جامعه نباشند، کم‌کم از نظر اجتماعی طرد و منزوی می‌شوند.

factors affecting the social exclusion of the elderly in kashan and aran and bidgol

introduction: one of the important issues in any society is planning and paying attention to the elderly in the society so as to prevent the matter of isolation and exclusion of these people. therefore, the present study seeks to assess the factors affecting the social exclusion of the elderly in the cities of kashan and aran and bidgol (referring to one city and in persian it is aran va bidgol). method: this research was conducted by survey method and the sample size of the research, using cochran’s formula, was 320 people. in this study, stratified sampling method has been used to determine the sample. findings: the results show that there is a significant and inverse relationship between support of relatives, support of children, social capital, economic capital, support of formal organizations and leisure of the elderly, and social exclusion of the elderly. however, there was no significant relationship between the variables of support of informal organizations, age, education, and the gender of the elderly and their social exclusion. in multivariate analysis and path analysis, among the six independent variables that have a significant and inverse relationship with the dependent variable of research, two variables of economic capital and children support were found to have a direct impact on the research dependent variable. discussion: based on the experimental findings of this study, it can be said that the more the elderly are involved in activities of daily living, the more they have access to various assets, the more they are supported by family and society, and the more they receive attention, and the less they will feel being rejected.
