برساخت گفتگو میان زوجین یزدی: به سوی یک نظریه زمینه‌ای

مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت برقراری روابط سازنده در میان خانواده ها؛ پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه و تبیین فهم و تجربه گفتگو در میان زوجین در خانواده های شهر یزد پرداخته است. روش: در این پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه زمینه ای و همچنین نمونه گیری هدفمند با استراتژی نمونه نظری استفاده شد و 31 نفر از زوجین خانواده های متعارف شهر یزد انتخاب شدند و با آن‌ها مصاحبه عمیق شد. یافته‌ها: اطلاعات گردآوری شده با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی در قالب 168 مقوله فرعی و 17 مقوله اصلی دسته‌بندی شد و در قالب یک مقوله هسته ای با عنوان «پروبلماتیک گفتگو- تک گویی در خانواده ها» ارائه شد. در این میان محدودیت های ساختاری، عاملیت محور و ارتباطات تحریف شده باعث می شود گفتگو به تجربه ای غامض در میان خانواده ها تبدیل شود. نیاز انسان به گفتگو، موضوعات گفتگوناپذیر و عدم شناخت گفتگو به مثابه اوقات فراغت و همچنین ناهمسانی‌های گفتگویی در میان خانواده‌ها این وضعیت مسئله مند را تقویت می نمود. همین موضوع به استراتژی های مثبت و منفی در راستای کنش‌های گفتگو محور و زوال عاملیت منجر شد و آسیب های روانی و ارتباطی و ارتقا روابط خانوادگی و سلامت جامعه را به دنبال داشت که در قالب مدل پارادایمی ارائه گردید. بحث: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد گفتگو در میان خانواده‌ها در قالب دوگانه گفتگو- تک گویی تجربه‌ای غامض و مسئله‌مند می‌باشد و با توجه به اهمیت آن در بهبود وضعیت خانواده و جامعه و نیازمندی اعضای خانواده به گفتگو، گفتمان سازی و آگاهی بخشی در این زمینه بسیار ضروری می‌باشد.

construction of dialogue among couples in yazd: moving towards a grounded theory

introduction: considering the importance of constructive communication among families; in the present study, attempts have been made to study and explain the understanding and experience of dialogue among couples in families in yazd. method: in this study, a qualitative approach and grounded theory method together with purposive and theoretical sampling were used, and 31 couples from normal families in yazd were selected and in depth interviews were conducted. findings: the collected data were categorized into open, axial, and selective coding that include 17 themes and 168 subthemes. to sum up, these categories were presented in one core theme of “problematic dialogue-monologue in families”. structural limitations, agency-oriented and distorted communication make dialogue a problematic experience among families. the human need for dialogue, nonconversational topics and lack of cognition of dialogue as leisure, as well as conversational inequalities between families reinforced this problematic situation. this issue led to positive and negative strategies in direction of dialogue-oriented actions and decline of agency, and led to psychological and communicational damages and promotion of family relationships and community health, which was presented in the form of a paradigmatic model. discussion: the results of this study showed that dialogue between families in the form of dual dialogue-monologue is a problematic experience, and due to its importance in improving the situation of family and society and the need of family members for dialogue, developing discoursw and informing in this field is very necessary.
