شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی راه‌های توانمندسازی زنان سرپرست خانوار

مقدمه: همواره در طول دهه‌های گذشته زنان بیش از مردان در معرض فقر و تبعیض جنسیتی قرار داشتند. این مسئله به این دلیل است که زنان از قابلیت‌ها و امکانات لازم برای توانمندی و کاهش فقر برخوردار نبودند. از این رو، ضروری است شیوه های توانمندسازی زنان شناسایی شده و معرفی گردد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی راه های توانمندسازی زنان سرپرست خانوار با رویکرد دلفی فازی و فرایند تحلیل شبکه‌ای است و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده است که در اداره بهزیستی شهرستان سوادکوه (پل‌سفید) انجام گردید.یافته‌ها: بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه راه‌‌های توانمندسازی زنان سرپرست خانوار در سه سطح فرد، خانواده و جامعه شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شد و پس از توزیع پرسشنامه بین خبرگان و اولویت‌بندی آنها، راه‌های اصلی و مهم توانمندسازی زنان به ترتیب شامل پیشگیری و ارتقای سلامت اجتماعی، آموزش تخصصی شغلی، آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی، ایجاد بازار، بازتوانی، دادن تسهیلات، بیمه و خدمات تامین اجتماعی، ارائه سبد کالا، تخصیص بودجه بیشتر به سازمان‌ها جهت حمایت از زنان و بهبود رفاه فردی تعیین گردید.بحث: نتایج نشان داد که راه‌های مبتنی بر توانمندسازی شخصی نسبت به راه‌هایی که مبادرت به توانمندسازی از طریق کمک مستقیم مالی می‌کنند، اولویت بالاتری دارند و نظر خبرگان را به خود جلب کرده است.

Identifying and Prioritizing the Ways of Empowering Female Heads of Households

Introduction: Over the past decades, women have been more exposed to sexual discrimination than men. This is because women did not have the capabilities and facilities needed to empower themselves and reduce poverty. Empowerment is essential for the empowerment of lowincome people to achieve their rights. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and introduce women #39;s empowerment methods.Method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive. The present research is a quantitative and descriptiveanalytical study. This research seeks to identify and prioritize the ways to empower femaleheaded households with Fuzzy Delphi (FDELPHI) and Network Analysis Process (NAP). Data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. the interview and questionnaires were conducted in the wellbeing office of the city of Savadkuh (Polsefid).Findings: Based on the results of library studies and interviews, possible ways of empowering femaleheaded households were identified and categorized into three levels of person, family, and society. After distributing the questionnaire among the experts of the field and prioritizing the possible ways, the main and important ways identified were promoting social health, providing professional training, providing life skills training, creating markets, rehabilitation, providing the facilities, providing insurance and social security services, providing necessary goods, allocating more Funds for organizations to support women and offering allowances to improve individual welfare.Discussion: The results showed that personal empowermentbased ways have a higher priority than ways to empower through direct financial assistance. These ways attracted the experts attention.
