اعتیاد؛ بررسی تطبیقی یافته‌های مبتنی بر نظریه زمینه‌ای اعتیاد و نظریه‌های جامعه‌شناسی

مقدمه: برای کنترل اعتیاد به عنوان یک مسئله مهم اجتماعی کشور، تلاشهای مختلفی صورت گرفته است. سوال اصلی آن است که چرا اکثر سیاستگذاریها و برنامه‌های اجرا شده به نتایج مناسبی نرسیده‌اند؟ یکی از مفروضات ما آن است که در شناخت پدیده اعتیاد و مبانی نظری سیاست‌گذاریها، با نارسایی روبه‌رو هستیم. لذا هدف این تحقیق، توسعه نظریه اعتیاد و تاکید بر جایگاه جامعه‌شناسی اعتیاد در برنامه ریزی های مرتبط با این مسئله بوده است.روش: روش این تحقیق کیفی بود و از نسخه چارمزی نظریه زمینه‌ای برای تولید نظریه‌ها و تفاسیر جدید استفاده کرده است. ایده‌های حاصل از تجربه‌زیسته، مقدمه ای برای مرور نظریه‌های جامعه‌شناسی و کشف ایده‌ها و تفاسیر جدید قرار گرفت، سپس این تفاسیر و ایده‌ها به عنوان محورهای پژوهش از نگاه کنشگران، مراجع و اطلاع‌رسانان اصلی حوزه اعتیاد، بررسی شد و بخشی از آنها مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: ساختاریابی و پویایی سیستمی اعتیاد، اهمیت عاملیت در ساختاریابی اعتیاد، کارکردهای ساختاری اعتیاد، نقش مواد در ایجاد سامانه مدیریت تنشها، نقش خرده‌فرهنگ معتادان و مناسک در ساختاریابی اعتیاد، اهمیت کارایی و سرعت تاثیر مواد و اهمیت پیامدهای ناخواسته کنش عقلانی در ساختاریابی اعتیاد، از یافته‌های این تحقیق هستند.بحث: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که عموماً نظریه‌های موجود، قادر به درک هم‌زمان سازوکارهای گرایش افراد به مواد اعتیادآور و پویایی و کارکردهای سیستمی اعتیاد نبوده‌اند. این نظریه‌ها به کژکارکردی سایر سیستمها باور دارند، ولی به کارکردهای جایگزین و مثبت مواد اعتیادآور اهمیت جدی نمی‌دهند. در شرایط فعلی سیستم اعتیاد به جبران نارسایی های ناشی از کژکارکردی سایر سیستمها پرداخته و به صورت ساختاریافته برای برقراری تعادل پویا در نظام کلان اجتماعی ایفای کارکرد می‌کند.

Addiction Dynamics; Comparative Study of Findings Based on Grounded Theory of Addiction and Sociological Theories

Introduction: Various efforts have been made to control addiction as an important social issue in the country. The key question is why most policies and programs have failed to produce good results. One of the assumptions of this research is that we are faced with a lack of understanding of the phenomenon of addiction and theoretical basis of policies. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop the theory of addiction and to emphasize the place of the sociology of addiction in planning related to this issue. Method: The research method was qualitative and the Charmazian version of GTM was used in order to generate new ideas and interpretations. Ideas from lived experience became prelude to reviewing sociological theories and discovering new ideas and interpretations. Then, these interpretations and ideas as the focus of this research were reviewed from the perspective of the main actors, authorities, and informants in the field of addiction, and some of them were approved. Findings: Structural and systematic dynamics of addiction, importance of structure in addiction, structural functions of addiction, stress management system, addicts subculture role and rituals in addiction structure, importance of drugs efficacy and speed, and importance of unintended consequences of intellectual action in structuring addiction, etc. are the major theoretical findings of this study.Discussion: The results of the research showed that existing theories could not simultaneously understand the mechanisms of the tendency of people to addictive substances and their dynamism and system functions. These theories believe in the dishonesty of other systems, but do not add to the alternative and positive functions of addiction in the current situation the addiction system compensates for the failures caused by the dysfunction of other systems and structurally designed to balance the dynamics in the macro social system functioning.
