کشمکشها و سازواریهای مالی در زوجهای شاغل؛ یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی تجارب زیسته زوجهای شاغل از مسائل مالی انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد. طی این مطالعه، پژوهشگران 12 زوج شاغل دارای رضایت زناشویی را با بهره‌گیری از نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و 12 زوج شاغل دارای تعارضات زناشویی را نیز با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب کرده و مورد مصاحبه قرار دادند. مصاحبه‌ها با استفاده از روش دیکلمن، آلن و تانر که دارای ماهیت تیمی بوده و در پدیدارشناسی تفسیری مرسوم است، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: تحلیل تجارب مشارکت‌کنندگان، منجر به شناسایی 2 مضمونِ اصلی تحت عناوینِ کشمکش مالی (با مضامین فرعی: ترجیح مالی، روابط نامناسب مالی، عدم تعهد مالی، ضعف در مهارتهای مالی، مدیریت منفردِ مالی و خشونت مالی) و سازواری مالی (با مضامین فرعی: عدم ترجیح مالی، روابط بهینه مالی، تعهدِ مالی، زندگی مالی مشترک و مهارتهای مالی زوج) شد. بحث: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد مسائل مالی در سبک زندگی زوج شاغل چیزی بیش از صحبت کردن و مشاجره پیرامون پول و بودجه است. این مطالعه ضمن مقایسه کیفی دو گروه زوجهای شاغل راضی و متعارض از نقطه نظر مسائل مالی، این نکته را نیز بر مطالعات قبلی افزود که آنچه از چالشهای مالی و منازعات مرتبط با پول مهم‌تر است، نحوه ادراک و مقابله زوج شاغل برای حل‌وفصل این معضلات و تعارضات مالی است. زوج شاغل می‌توانند با کمک شاخصه‌های اولویت‌بندی مناسب، روابط مالی مناسب، مسئولیت‌پذیری مالی، زندگی مالی تیمی و کسب مهارتهای مالی به سمت سازواری مالی در حرکت باشند.

Financial Conflicts and Compatibility in Dual-Career Couples: A Phenomenological Study

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to identify living experiences of dualcareer couples as regards financial issues.Method: This research was done by qualitative approach and by the method of interpretive phenomenology. In this study, the researchers selected and interviewed 12 dualcareer couples with snowball sampling and 12 dualcareer couples with marital conflicts through purposeful sampling. Interviews were analyzed using the Dicklman, Allen, and Turner rsquo;s (1989) method, which is teambased.Findings: Analyzing the participants rsquo; experiences led to the identification of two main themes under the heading of financial conflict (with the subthemes of absence of financial preference, inappropriate financial relationships, absence of financial commitment, weakness in financial skills, individual financial management, and financial violence) and financial compatibility (with the subthemes of lack of financial preference, optimal financial relationships, financial commitment, joint financial life, and equal financial skills).Discussion: The results of the study showed that the scope of financial issues in the lifestyle of dualcareer couples is not limited to talking and arguing about money and budget. Moreover, what is more important than financial challenges and moneyrelated disputes is how such couples understand these financial problems and the way they deal with them. The dualcareer couples also can move toward financial sustainability with the help of appropriate prioritization indicators, appropriate financial relationships, financial responsibility, teambased financial life, and financial skills acquisition.
