ارزیابی عملکرد تاب آوری زنجیره تامین صنایع دارویی تحت شرایط عدم قطعیت: رویکرد تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی

عدم قطعیت در زنجیره تامین  جنبه بسیار مهمی است که به دلایل مختلفی از جمله، تحولات اجتماعی و سیاسی، کمبود مواد اولیه برای تولید و ... ایجاد می شود. با توجه به اهمیت سلامت جامعه، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی عملکرد شرکت‌های توزیع کننده دارو از نظر تاب­آوری است. مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش کمی-کیفی و از نوع کاربردی می باشد. جامعه و نمونه آماری شامل 15 نفر از خبرگان در زمینه دارو می باشد که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش میدانی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای و ازطریق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. به دلیل عدم قطعیت در نظرات خبرگان، از رویکرد تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره در محیط فازی نوع 1 استفاده شد. وزن و اهمیت شاخص ها با روش سوارا فازی به‌دست آمد. سپس شرکت های دولتی پخش دارو در شهر بجنورد بر اساس وزن شاخص‌های تاب آوری زنجیره تامین با روش واسپاس فازی رتبه بندی شدند. در نهایت برای اطمینان از صحت نتایج به دست آمده، شرکت های پخش دارو با روش های مجموع ساده وزنی فازی و آراس فازی نیز رتبه بندی شدند و نتایج با هم مقایسه شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که شرکت­های دارو­پخش، هجرت و فردوس از نظر تاب آوری زنجیره تامین  به ترتیب دارای رتبه اول تا سوم هستند.

evaluating the resilience performance of the pharmaceutical industry supply chain under conditions of uncertainty: a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach

uncertainty in the supply chain is a very important aspect that is caused by various reasons, including social and political developments, a lack of raw materials for production, etc. considering the importance of society’s health, the purpose of the current research is to evaluate the performance of drug distribution companies in terms of resilience. the present study is quantitative-qualitative research and is an applied type. the population and statistical sample include 15 experts in the field of medicine who were selected by purposeful sampling. research data was collected using field methods, library studies, interviews, and questionnaires. due to uncertainty in experts’ opinions, a multi-criteria decision-making approach was used in type-1 fuzzy environment. state drug distribution companies in bojnord city were ranked in terms of supply chain resilience indicators using the fuzzy waspas method. the weight and importance of the indicators were also obtained by the fuzzy swara method. then, to ensure the accuracy of the obtained results, the drug distribution companies were also ranked using the fuzzy saw and fuzzy aras methods, and the results were compared. the results of the research showed that daro pakhsh, hejrat, and ferdows companies are ranked first to third in terms of supply chain resilience.
