مدلسازی تخلیه و بارگیری کانتینر در بندرگاه با استفاده از بهینه‌سازی مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی

اهمیت بنادر به عنوان یک معبر ورود و خروج کالا و مبدا و مقصد اقتصادی‌ترین شیوه حمل و نقل یعنی حمل و نقل دریایی بر ما پوشیده نیست. در این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم تخلیه و بارگیری کانتیرها در بندر با استفاده از ابزار شبیه‌سازی، ضمن غلبه بر پیچیدگی مساله از حیث انجام محاسبات ریاضی قصد داریم با چارچوب پیشنهادی بر زمان‌بر بودن اجراهای شبیه سازی نیز غلبه نماییم. برای این منظور، با استفاده از بهینه‌سازی مدل شبیه‌سازی و با بهره‌گیری از طراحی آزمایش‌ها و برآورد سطح پاسخ مناسب، مدل ریاضی مناسب متناسب‌سازی شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که چگونه یک تحلیل گر می تواند به سادگی با استفاده از روش بهینه‌سازی مدل های شبیه­‌سازی شبه مدل محور، مساله موجود در یک سیستم پیچیده را حل نماید. با استفاده از متغیرهای اثرگذار در فرآیند، طراحی آزمایشات و همچنین تکنیک های اعتبارسنجی، یک شبه مدل به عنوان تابع هدف مساله تقریب‌زده شده است. نتایج حاصل از اعتبارسنجی مقادیر فضای آزمایش نشان داد که کارایی مدل پیشنهادی ما به حد کافی قابل قبول است. با استفاده از ترکیب شدنی متغیرها بیشترین تعداد کانتینرهای بارگیری و تخلیه شده در بندر شهید رجایی نشان‌دهنده آن است که می توان از طریق جایگزینی ترکیب بهینه موجب بهبود در عملکرد سیستم مدنظر گردید.

the importance of ports as a gateway for the entry and exit of goods and the origin and destination of the most economical mode of transportation, namely sea transportation, is not hidden from us. in this research, with the aim of evaluating the performance of the unloading and loading system of containers in the port by using simulation tools, while overcoming the complexity of the problem in terms of performing mathematical calculations, we intend to overcome the time-consuming nature of simulations with the proposed framework. for this purpose, by optimizing the simulation model and using the design of experiments and estimation of the appropriate response level, the appropriate mathematical model has been adapted. the results of this research showed how an analyst can easily solve the problem in a complex system by using the optimization method of pseudo-model-oriented simulation models. by using the influencing variables in the process, design of experiments and validation techniques, a quasi-model has been approximated as the objective function of the problem. the results of the validation of the test space values ​​showed that the efficiency of our proposed model is acceptable enough. using the combination of variables, the highest number of loaded and unloaded containers in shahid rajaei port shows that it is possible to improve the performance of the system by replacing the optimal combination.
