شناسایی عوامل موثر بر زنجیره‌تامین سبز در صنعت فولاد گیلان با رویکرد کمی

هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و سنجش شدت تاثیر عوامل موثر بر زنجیره تامین سبز در صنعت فولاد گیلان است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی و از نوع کمی است که داده های مربوط با روش میدانی و ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه گردآوری گردیده اند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان صنعت فولاد و اساتید دانشگاه در استان گیلان است که در مرحله اول 25 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری قضاوتی برای شناسایی مولفه ها و شاخص های زنجیره سبز انتخاب شدند. در مرحله دوم نیز پرسشنامه روش دیمتل فازی در اختیار 8 نفر از خبرگان قرار گرفت. در فرایند انجام پژوهش، پس از شناسایی شاخص ها با استفاده از مطالعه مبانی نظری، 5 شاخص اصلی و 25 زیر شاخص مهم با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی مشخص گردیدند. سپس با به کارگیری تکنیک دیمتل فازی، میزان تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری هریک از شاخص ها مشخص شد که در بین شاخص های اصلی شاخص محیطی با مقدار اثرگذاری 0/792 تاثیرگذارترین و شاخص مالی با مقدار اثرپذیری خالص 0/996 تاثیرپذیرترین شاخص می باشند.

Identifying Factors Affecting the Green Supply Chain with Quantitative Approach in Guilan Steel Industry

The present research aimed to identify the affective factors of the green supply chain in the Guilan steel industry with regards to a quantitative approach. The type of this study was applicable, and in terms of purpose, It is descriptive  research. The present study used a mixedmethod for data gathering by utilizing questionnaires and interview tools. The statistical population of the study consisted of steel industry experts and university professors in Guilan province. In the first stage, 25 individuals were selected through judgment, to identify the components and indicators of the green chain. In the second phase, 8 experts from the fuzzy DEMETEL questionnaire were provided. In the process of research, after identifying the indices using theoretical baseline study, 5 main factors and 25 subfactors were identified using the fuzzy Delphi technique. Then, using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique, the degree of influence and effectiveness of each of the factors was found to be the most influential among the environmental factor with 0.792 and the financial factor with 0.996.
