|
A new and efficient synthesis of 2-amino-4h-chromene derivativeswhich have remarkablepharmacological properties is developed by one-pot three-component efficient reaction betweenaldehydes, malononitrile, and α or β-naphthol in meoh as solvent using dabco-cucl complex asan effective catalyst at room temperature. the structures of synthesized compounds werecharacterized by techniques of ir,^1h-nmr, mass and elemental analysis. this method provides anefficient improved pathway for the synthesis of chromenes in the terms of excellent yields, shortreaction times and reusability catalyst.
