   Preparation and Application of Grafted Fe(III) Protoporphyrin (IX) / Modified Nanoporous Silica as a Biocatalyst for Oxidative Reactions

چکیده    Mcm-41 and amine-modified mcm-41 were synthesized. then nanobiocatalysts were prepared through three different methods to graft hemin onto the modified nanosilicas of mcm-41 via the formation of the amide bonds. these biocatalysts were characterized by atomic absortion, ir, xrd, diffuse reflectance uv/vis spectroscopies. these biocatalysts operated as a peroxidase enzyme model. they were compared to each other by oxidation of abts in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and tert-butyl peroxide. kinetic parameters consist of initial rates, rate constant, vmax, km, kcat, catalytic efficiency and turn over number were determined for the biocatalyst.
