چکیده
|
Convenient and efficient three-component reaction to a one-pot synthesis of thiophene derivatives from activated acetylenic compounds and ethyl 2- chloroacetoacetate in the presence of tetramethyl thiourea in water lead to the formation of thiophenes in good yields.
