ارتباط موثر و مفید نیازمند بیانی است که ساختاری مناسب داشته باشد، به‌گونه‌‌ای‌که حیثیت مشارکان را تهدید نکند، اما در پاره‌‌ای از تبادلات کلامی امروزی جامعۀ ما، ساخت‌‌هایی ملاحظه می‌‌شود که گوینده، آگاهانه یا ناآگاهانه، با پایین آوردن سطح خود و تهدید حیثیتش، بیش از حد سطح مخاطب را بالا می‌‌برد. در مقالۀ حاضر که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی نوشته شده‌است، با هدف ارائۀ ساختاری مناسب برای گزاره‌‌های بیانی زبان فارسی، طبق نظریۀ براون و لوینسون، علاوه بر اینکه تعدادی از مکالمات امروزی واکاوی شده، با استفاده از ظرفیت‌‌ ضمایر و اسامی و افعال و اصطلاحات وسیع زبان فارسی، سعی شده ساختارهای بهنجار و نا‌‌بهنجار زبان فارسی معرفی شود و همچنین محک و میزانی برای تشخیص آن‌‌ها به دست داده شود که تا کنون سابقه نداشته‌است؛ یعنی به زعم نویسندۀ مقاله، راهکاری ابتکاری و جدید داده شده‌‌است.
