بررسی گونه‌های گردشگری موثر بر بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی (مطالعه موردی شهر تبریز)

بافت تاریخی مجموعه‌ای از آثار تمدن گذشتگان می‌باشد که ارزش و فرهنگ یک شهر را نشان می‌دهد. این بافت مجموعه‌ای از کیفیت‌های مطلوب در جهت بهره‌مندی جوامع برشمرده می‌شود. بازآفرینی شهری به دنبال حل مشکلات ناشی از ابعاد گوناگون زندگی می‌باشد. گردشگری پایدار در هماهنگی با محیط‌، جامعه و فرهنگ‌های محلی عمل می‌کند و می‌تواند به عنوان رویکرد مناسب برای بازآفرینی باشد. هدف از پژوهش اولویت‌بندی گونه‌های گردشگری به منظور بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی می‌باشد که به این منظور در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال می‌باشیم که کدام یک از گونه‌های گردشگری برای بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی بخصوص بافت تاریخی تبریز مناسب می‌باشد؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال ابتدا ابعاد بازآفرینی شهری و گونه‌های مختلف گردشگری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق حاضر را خبرگان گردشگری و شهرسازی (اساتید دانشگاه) تشکیل می‌دهند که در ارتباط با موضوع پژوهش هم از نظر نظری و هم از نظر مصداقی در ارتباط با نمونه‌ی موردی (شهر تبریز) دانش و تخصص لازم را دارا بوده‌اند. با توجه به نبود چارچوب نظری و عدم شناخت کافی از تعداد جامعه‌ی آماری و همچنین با توجه به ماهیت و هدف تحقیق، با استفاده از ترکیبی از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی از قبیل روش‌های هدفمند یا قضاوتی (معیار محور)، زنجیره‌ای (گلوله برفی) و سهمیه‌ای و داوطلبانه (اعضای در دسترس) به انتخاب تعداد اعضای مورد نیاز پنل خبرگان از میان افراد واجد شرایط اقدام شد؛ حداکثر تعداد افراد برای رسیدن به اجماع در نظرات 30 نفر تعیین گردید. نتایج از طریق نرم‌افزار spss و با کاربرد آزمون دلفی فازی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. سپس ارتباط هر یک از گونه‌های گردشگری با اهداف بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی مشخص گردید. در انتها راهبردها و سیاست‌هایی در جهت توسعه‌ی گونه‌های گردشگری که ارتباط بیشتری با بازآفرینی بافت‌های تاریخی دارند ارائه گردید. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی با رویکرد گردشگری باید با الویت‌دهی به گردشگری تاریخی (0.072)، فرهنگی (0.070)، هنری (0.061)، خلاق (0.058)، اجتماعی (0.055)، تفریحی (0.053)، غذا (0.052) صورت پذیرد.

An Examination of Tourism Types Affecting the Regeneration of Historical Textures (Case Study: Tabriz City)

A historical texture, or a historic district, is a collection of works by past civilizations that show the value and culture of a city. It presents a diverse set of desirable qualities for the benefit of communities. Urban regeneration seeks to solve problems arising from different dimensions of life. Sustainable tourism works in harmony with the environment, community and local cultures and can be a good approach to regeneration. The aim of this research is to find out which types of tourism affect the regeneration of historical textures. To answer this question, the dimensions of urban regeneration and different tourism types are examined. The statistical population of the present study consists of tourism and urban planning experts (university professors) who have the necessary knowledge and expertise in relation to both the theories and the subject of the case study of the research. Since the article does not have a fixed and clear theoretical framework—which is due to the nature and purpose of the research—and because we do not have sufficient knowledge of the number of the members of the statistical population, a combination of nonprobabilistic sampling methods such as purposive or judgmental methods (criterionbased), chain (the snowball) and quota and voluntary (available members) is used. The maximum number of people to reach a consensus is set at 30. The results are analyzed by SPSS software using fuzzy Delphi test. Then the relationship of each tourism type with the goals of regeneration of the historical texture is determined. Finally, strategies and policies for the development of tourism types that are more related to the regeneration of historical textures are presented. The results suggest that regeneration of historical textures should prioritize historical (0.072), cultural (0.070), artistic (0.061), creative (0.058), social (0.055), recreational (0.053), and food tourism (0.052) respectively.
