بررسی اصول مملکت‌داری و حکومت در نهج‌ البلاغه و سیاست‌نامه(با تکیه بر امور نظامی و جنگی)

حکومت و مملکت‌داری، از آغاز زندگی اجتماعی بشری، مورد توجه انسان‌ها بوده و از زمان‌های دور در باب این موضوع، آثاری نوشته شده است. نظر به پیوند تاریخی دینی ما ایرانیان با اعراب، پیوند میان زبان و ادبیات فارسی و زبان و ادبیات عربی، بسی عمیق و ریشه‌دار است. تاثیر و تاثر آموزه‌های دینی، اجتماعی، اخلاقی، سیاسی و حتی تجربیات حکومتی و مملکت داری در آثار ادبی هر دو ملت، بیان‌گر این پیوند است. این پژوهش، ضمن تاکید بر این اصل که برای تحقّق اهداف و آرمان‌های حکومت، وجود حاکمی با توانمندی‌های ویژه ضروری است، توانسته است با برشمردن اصول مهم کشورداری در بخشِ نظامی و شرح و تفصیلِ این اصول، با استناد به مطالب بدست‌آمده در این دو کتاب، تاثیر شیوه کشورداری امام علی(ع) را بر روش کشورداری خواجه نظام الملک و تالیف «سیاست‌نامه» به اثبات برساند.

A Study on the Principles of Governance and Government in Nahj alBalaghah and Siyāsatnāmeh(based on Military and Martial issues)

Governance and government have always been paid attention since the beginning human’s social life and various works have been written about it since ancient times in this field. According to Iranian’s historical – religious connection with Arabs, the relationship between Persian and Arabic language and literature is very deep and rooted. The influence of religious, social, ethical, political and even governmental experiences in the literary works of both nations reflects this connection and relation. The present research considers a leader with specific capabilities necessary and vital in order to achieve the goals and aspirations of the government and could prove the impact of Imam Ali’s governance method by enumerating the important principles of governance in the military sector and explain these principles.
