بررسی تطبیقی مفهوم اژدها در شاهنامه با ادبیات جهان

دنیای حماسه دنیای درهم‌آمیخته‌ای از خوبی‌ها و بدی‌هاست. دنیایی است که در آن نیروهای اهورایی با اهریمنان به پیکار برمی‌خیزند. قهرمانان حماسه سرتاسر زندگی خود را در مبارزه با زشتی‌ها و پلشتی‌ها صرف می‌کنند. هرگاه از «شاهنامه» فردوسی سخن به میان می‌آید، تصویر نبرد پهلوانان با اژدها در ذهن نقش می‌بندد. سرگذشت زندگی ضحاک یا همان اژی دهاک نهایت تاریخ اساطیری ایران زمین است؛ سرگذشتی که در گذر زمان، بارها و بارها دگرگون شده و هر بار تکرار این اسطوره جذبه خاصی در متون اوستایی تا فارسی امروزی داشته است. یکی از ویژگی‌های مهم هر حماسه خرق عادت در حوادث آن است؛ یعنی در لابه‌لای متون حماسی با حوادث، شخصیت‌ها و موجوداتی برخورد می‌کنیم که خارق ‌العاده‌اند. در عالم طبیعت یا وجود ظاهری و عینی ندارند یا ویژگی‌هایی که در حماسه از آن برخوردارند در عالم واقع عاری از آن هستند.

Comparative Study of Concept of Dragon in Shahnameh and World’s Literature

World of epic is the medley of goods and evils. It’s a world that nobility force fights against devils. The heroes in epic contest the evils and badness in all their lives. Whenever Shahnameh puts up for discussion, the image of combat of heroes against dragon depicts in mind. Adventures of Zahhak’s life is the extremity of Iran’s mythical history; an adventure in which has been changed through times repeatedly and each time has had specific effect on Zoroastrian to Persian contexts. One of the important characteristics of each epic is the supernatural act (miracle) of the events in; namely readers face events, characters and creatures in epics which are wonderful and supernatural. They do not exist in nature or do not have real or objective appearance; or own characteristics which can’t be seen in real world.
