تحقیق المراد من الاختلاف فی الآیه ال82 من سوره النساء

هذا المقال محاوله لدراسه معنی الاختلاف فی الآیه ال82 من سوره النّساء ودراسه مظاهر الاختلاف وانواعه فی تلک الآیه. فیتطرّق البحث فی البدء الی معنی الاختلاف اللغوی، وبعد ان توصّلنا الی انّه لیس لهذه المفرده تطوّر معنویّ جئنا بتعریف لاختلاف فی الآیه المذکوره وهو: «الاختلاف هو تعارض الآیتین او مجموعه من الآیات من الجهه المعنویّه بحیث تعتبر الاولی ضدّ الثّانیه»، فکتبنا المقال علی اساس هذا التعریف. یعتمد الباحث عبر المنهج التحلیلی التّوصیفی دراسه الموضوع من اربع جهات وهی: عدم وجود الاختلاف بین الآیات المکّیّه وبین الآیات المدنیّه، وعدم وجود الاختلاف بین الآیات المحکمات والآیات المتشابهات، وعدم وجود الاختلاف بین آیات القرآن رُغم انّه یتناول الموضوعات المختلفه فی المجالات العدیده، وعدم وجود الاختلاف بین الآیات المنزَّله فی السّنوات الاولی من البعثه والآیات المنزَّله فی السّنوات الاخیره منها. واشرنا فی النّهایه الی وجه تقیید الاختلاف بقید الکثیر وحقّقنا المراد منه ثمّ شرحنا الفرق بین الاختلاف والنّسخ اکمالاً للمباحث السّابقه. فسوف یکشف القارئ الکریم انّه لیس وجه لوجود الاختلاف فی القرآن لانّ هذا المقال یُبطل جمیع الاختلافات الافتراضیّه والتناقضات المحتمله، وتتناول کلاً منها بصوره مجزاه.

“Disagreement” in Quran (A Study on “Disagreement” Meaning in Verse 82 of Nisa Sarah)

The present research is an attempt to study meaning and types of “disagreement” in 82 Verse of Nisa Surah. The literal meaning of “disagreement” is pointed out initially, then a definition of disagreement would be offered followed by clearing out the term “disagreement” does not possess semantic evolution. The abovementioned definition is based on model of Verse and the article is written based on the definition as well: “disagreement means the conflict of two or some Verses from meaning viewpoint in a way that the first Verse is the opposite of the second”. The subject is studied from four aspects based on descriptive – analytical method. Lack of disagreement between Makki and Madani Surah, Lack of disagreement between decisive and allegorical (Muhkam & Muteshabeh) Verses; Lack of disagreement between Verses from number of subjects which Quran talks about; Lack of disagreement between Verses of first and last years of (Prophet) Be’sat. Finally a complete explanation on “frrequently” adverb is offered. Then the difference between “disagreement” and “extinction” is completely described. The results of the research show that “Disagreement” has not rooted in Quran; the present research studies all possible and probable disagreements separately and proves each one’s invalidity.
