مطالعه منتقدانه مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‏ها و توسعه (یک مطالعه مردم‏نگارانه در منطقه عسلویه)

منطقه‏ی گازی پارس جنوبی واقع در شهرستان عسلویه یکی از مناطق صنعتی‏ خاورمیانه و محل فعالیت ده‏ها شرکت پتروشیمی است که تاثیر مخربی روی زیست‏بوم منطقه گذاشته که بحث مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‏ها و روند توسعه‏ی متوازن در آن حائز اهمیت است. این پژوهش با نگرشی جامعه‏شناختی، با هدف مطالعه‏ی منتقدانه‏ی مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت‏ها، از دیدگاه جوامع محلی به‏عنوان بخشی از ذینفعان بیرونی انجام شده است. جهت انجام این پژوهش، از روش مردم‏نگاری انتقادی و مصاحبه‏ی اپیزودیک همراه با مشاهده و شیوه‏ی نمونه‏گیری هدفمند و مصاحبه با 20 نفر از ساکنان بومی انجام و با تکنیک استقراء تحلیلی، از داده‏های حاصل، مقوله‏های اصلی ناپایداری، سلطه‏ی فن‏سالاری بر انسان‏مداری، کارکرد غیر اثربخش نهادها و مقوله‏ی هسته‏ی بازاندیشی توانمندساز استخراج و تحلیل شد و مدل پارادیمی بر مبنای مدل پارادایمی اشتراوس ـ کوربین ارائه گردید. نتایج نشان داد مردم این منطقه از رونق اقتصادی و برخی موقعیت‏های ناشی از توسعه‏ی اقتصادی ارزیابی مثبتی داشته‏، اما عملکرد شرکت‏ها در خصوص مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی‏شان را در قبال زیست‏بوم و توسعه‏ ی پایدار و متوازن و در نظر گرفتن حقوق مردم محلی ضعیف ارزیابی کرده‏اند.

The Critical study of Corporate Social Responsibility and Development(Ethnographic Study of Asalouyeh)

South Pars gas in the city of Assaluyeh and one of the Industrial zones in the Middle East and the place activity of dozens of petrochemical companies. Activities of these companies have had a devastating effect on the ecosystem and for this reason it is important to study corporate social responsibility and development process. This study is done by the sociological approach, with the goal of a critical study of corporate social responsibility, from the perspective of the local communities as part of the external stakeholders. For this research, we have used the method of critical ethnography and episodic interview with observation by purposeful sampling and interviews with 20 local residents and we have analyzed the data by inductive analytical techniques. The data, obtained main categories: Instability, domination of technocratic on humanism, noneffective functioning of institutions and the category core of rethinking empowering. We have created on the model Corbin Strauss model also. The results showed that   People of this region have a positive assessment of of the economic boom and some situations of economic development. But they have weak corporate performance in terms of corporate social responsibility towards the environment, sustainable development and balanced, considering of the rights of local people.
