اثرات بازارچه‌های مرزی شهر مهران بر جنبه‌های مختلف توسعه در غرب کشور در سال 1400

امروزه بازارچه‌های مرزی به‌عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های مهم توسعه اجتماعی مطرح هستند. لذا هدف، نقش بازارچه‌های مرزی در توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی در استان‌های غرب کشور در سال 1400 (مطالعه موردی: بازارچه مرزی مهران) می‌باشد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در دو بخش کمی و کیفی انجام شده که در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته حاصل مصاحبه با خبرگان بوده است. در بخش کیفی تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی و تحلیل تم انجام شده است. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 384 نفر می‌باشد که تعداد 192 نفر از شهر مرزی مهران و تعداد 192 نفر از شهر غیر مرزی ایوان انتخاب شده است. برای اجرای آمار توصیفی از نرم‌افزار spss، و برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار lisrel بهره گرفته شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد 44 شاخص در قالب 7 مولفه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، بهداشتی، ارتباطی، آموزشی و سازمانی و نهادی از نظر پاسخ‌دهندگان از جمله آثار بازارچه‌های مرزی مهران می‌باشند. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش و مصاحبه‌های انجام‌شده، بازارچه‌های مرزی عملکرد مطلوبی بر وضعیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، بهداشتی، ارتباطی، آموزشی، سازمانی و نهادی در استان‌های غرب کشور داشته‌اند؛ به‌طوری که این بازارچه‌ها تا پیش از حذف قاچاق کالا، تاثیر مثبتی بر شاخص‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، بهداشتی، ارتباطی، آموزشی، سازمانی و نهادی در استان‌های غرب کشور نداشته‌اند؛ اما پس از تاسیس بازارچه‌های موقت و از بین‌ رفتن قاچاق، بسیاری از مردم شغل خود را به دست آورده‌اند. بنابراین تاسیس بازارچه‌های مرزی موقت، تاثیر مثبتی بر توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، بهداشتی، ارتباطی، آموزشی، سازمانی و نهادی در استان‌های غرب کشور داشته است

the effect of mehran border markets on various aspects of development in the west of the country in 2021

today, border markets are considered as one of the important components of social development. therefore, the aim is the role of border bazaars in economic, social and cultural development in the western provinces of the country in 2021 (case study: mehran border bazaar.( the data collection tool was carried out in two quantitative and qualitative sections, and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was the result of interviews with experts. in the qualitative part of this research, the delphi technique and theme analysis were used. a stratified random method was used to select the sample. according to cochran’s formula, the sample size is 384 people, of which 192 people were selected from the border city of mehran and 192 people were selected from the non-border city of ivan. spss software was used to perform descriptive statistics, and structural equation modeling method with lisrel software was used to analyze the research data. the findings of the research showed that 44 indicators in the form of 7 economic, social, cultural, health, communication, educational and organizational and institutional components are among the works of mehran border bazaars. according to the findings of the research and conducted interviews, border bazaars have had a favorable performance on the economic, social, cultural, health, communication, educational, organizational and institutional conditions in the western provinces of the country; so that these bazaars did not have a positive effect on the economic, social, cultural, health, communication, educational, organizational and institutional indicators in the western provinces of the country until the elimination of goods smuggling; but after the establishment of temporary markets and the elimination of smuggling, many people have found their jobs. therefore, the establishment of temporary border markets has had a positive effect on the economic, social, cultural, health, communication, educational, organizational and institutional development in the western provinces of the country.
