بررسی جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر سرمایه اجتماعی درون‌گروهی بر فرهنگی سیاسی (مورد مطالعه: نخبگان سیاسی استان خوزستان)

فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان نقش مهمی در توسعه‌یافتگی یا توسعه‌نیافتگی سیاسی دارد، به شکلی که می‌توان اذعان نمود؛ توسعه‌یافتگی فرهنگ سیاسی شرط لازم برای توسعه سیاسی است و توسعه سیاسی جوامع همواره با فرهنگ سیاسی سنجیده می‌شود. از طرفی؛ نگرش‌ها و جهان‌بینی‌های فرهنگ سیاسی نخبگان اگر دموکراتیک باشد باعث رسیدن به توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی خواهد شد، در این بین عواملی در تعیین این نوع فرهنگ سیاسی تاثیر‌گذار است که مهم‌ترین آن سرمایه اجتماعی درون گروهی است. این مقاله با روش کمی و به صورت پیمایشی به بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی درون‌گروهی و فرهنگ سیاسی پرداخته است، روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده بوده و 214 نفر از نخبگان سیاسی استان خوزستان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، برای سنجش فرهنگ سیاسی از پرسشنامه استاندارد تسلر و از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سرمایه اجتماعی درون‌گروهی استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میزان سرمایه اجتماعی درون‌گروهی تا حدودی بالا بوده (18.44) است ولی میانگین فرهنگ سیاسی رو به متوسط (154.19) بود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که بین ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی (اعتماد، انسجام و مشارکت درون‌گروهی) با فرهنگ سیاسی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد؛ و بیش از 19 درصد از واریانس متغیر فرهنگ سیاسی توسط دو متغیر اعتماد درون‌گروهی و مشارکت درون‌گروهی تبیین شدند. به‌طور کلی می‌توان گفت که سرمایه اجتماعی درون‌گروهی می‌تواند باعث ایجاد تغییراتی در فرهنگ سیاسی جامعه شود.

sociological study of the impact of intra-group social capital on political culture (case study: political elites of khuzestan province)

elite political culture plays an important role in political development or underdevelopment, as can be acknowledged; the development of political culture is a necessary condition for political development, and the political development of societies is always measured by political culture. on the other hand; attitudes and worldviews of elite political culture, if democratic, will lead to economic and social development, in the meantime, factors are influential in determining this type of political culture, the most important of which is social capital within the group. this article examines the relationship between intra-group social capital and political culture in a quantitative and survey manner. the sampling method was simple random sampling method and 214 political elites of khuzestan province were selected as the sample. to assess political culture, tessler standard questionnaire and researcher-made social capital questionnaire within the group were used. the results showed that the amount of social capital within the group was somewhat high (18.44) but the average political culture was moderate (19.154). the results also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of social capital (trust, cohesion and intra-group participation) with political culture. and more than 19% of the variance of the political culture variable was explained by the two variables of intra-group trust and intra-group participation. in general, it can be said that social capital within a group can cause changes in the political culture of society.
