عدالت و توسعه اجتماعی

مقاله‌ای که با عنوان عدالت و توسعه اجتماعی نگارش یافته با این انگیزه و این هدف بوده که دو امر، توسعه و پیشرفت از یک سوی و عدالت و داد را از سوی دیگر ارزیابی کرده و به ارتباطات بین دو نظر کند هر دو امر برای جامعه لازم بوده و مسیر زندگی اجتماعی در بستر و از این دو تداوم و استمرار می‌یابد. فرضیه تحقیق آن بوده که نه از جنبه معرفتی و شناختی و نه از جنبه اجرایی و تحقق بین توسعه اجتماعی و عدالت و تفکیک و جدایی موجود نیست و سوال تحقیق نیز به اصطلاح کم و کیف این تعامل را جستجوگر بوده و در نتیجه در پایان بحث به پاسخ پرداخته و به این نتایج رسیده است که با هر تعریف خردورزانه‌ای از عدالت و نیز با هر بینش و جستجوگری راجع به توسعه، بین این دو امر مهم که نتیجه تعامل آن‌ها گذار از مراحل فرودین به فرازین است ارتباط تنگاتنگی وجود دارد و در نهایت همچون نظریه‌پردازی که در رابطه با خود مفهوم عدالت شده و آن را در حکم و مثابه انصاف معرفی کرده‌اند در این مبحث نیز با دقت عدالت و توسعه و یا برعکس توسعه و عدالت هم راستا و در حکم و مثابه هم ثابت شدند.

the pages written under the title of justice and social development have been motivated and aimed at evaluating the two issues of development and progress on the one hand and justice on the other hand to investigat the relations between both sides. both are necessary for the society and the path of social life is treated in the context of both. the research hypothesis has been that there is no separation between social development and justice; neither from the epistemological and cognitive point of view; nor from the executive point of view. and the research question is said to be socalled low and bag of thise interaction. as a result; in the end; it answered and came to the conclusion that with any rational definition of justice and also withinsight and search for development there is an interconnected between these two important things witch the result of their interaction is raiseing from a down point to a high point and finally this article suggest that justice and development or vice versa development and justice are considered in the same direction and justice as development so as it is  theorized of justice itself and it is suggested to considerd justice as fairness and equity.
