بررسی عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر مدارای اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: گروه‌های قومی ساکن اهواز)

در گذشته تنوع فرهنگ‌ها، زبان، اقوام و سایر عناصر زندگی اجتماعی کمتر بود و در نتیجه تحمل تفاوت‌ها و عقاید یکدیگر مساله مهمی به حساب نمی‌آمد؛ اما با رشد و گسترش فزاینده ارتباطات در همه زمینه‌ها، از سویی تنوع فرهنگی، قومی، زبانی و اعتقادی بیشتر شده و از سوی دیگر، میزان تعاملات میان افراد دوچندان شده است به‌طوری که بدون داشتن حداقلی از مدارای اجتماعی و تحمل عقاید متفاوت و مخالف، زندگی کردن در وضعیت عادی غیر ممکن خواهد بود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی موثر بر مدارای اجتماعی گروه‌های قومی شهر اهواز، تعداد 384 نفر از شهروندان را از طریق نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از پرسشنامه را در نرم‌افزار spss 23 تجزیه و تحلیل نموده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که بین متغیرهای قومیت و تنوع قومی با متغیر مدارای اجتماعی رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. اما بین متغیرهای حقوق شهروندی (0/138) و مشارکت سیاسی (0/360) با متغیر مدارای اجتماعی رابطه معنادار و مستقیم و بین متغیر همگرایی گروهی (0/205-) و متغیر مدارای اجتماعی رابطه معنادار و معکوس وجود دارد.

Investigating Social Factors Affecting Social Tolerance (Case study: Ethnic Groups Living in Ahvaz)

In the past, the diversity of cultures, languages, ethnicities and other elements of social life was less, and as a result, tolerating each other’s differences and beliefs was not an important issue; But with the increasing growth and development of communication in all fields, on the one hand, cultural, ethnic, linguistic and religious diversity has increased, and on the other hand, the amount of interactions between people has doubled so that without a minimum of social tolerance and tolerance of different opinions. Otherwise, it will be impossible to live normally. Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the social and cultural factors affecting the social tolerance of ethnic groups in Ahvaz, selected 384 citizens through multi-stage sampling and collected data using a questionnaire in SPSS23 software has analyzed. Findings showed that there is no significant relationship between ethnicity and ethnic diversity variables with social tolerance. But there is a significant and direct relationship between the variables of citizenship rights (0.138) and political participation (0.360) with the variable of social tolerance and between the variable of group convergence (-0.205) and the variable of social tolerance.
