بررسی ارتباط بین صنعت گردشگری و بهبود کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان (مورد مطالعه: شهر سرعین)

صنعت گردشگری اثرات متفاوتی در مقصد بر جای می‌گذارد. این اثرات می‌تواند اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و زیست‌محیطی باشد. براساس الگوی توسعه پایدار، این اثرات باید در کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان انعکاس یافته و بهبودی کیفیت زندگی ساکنان مقصد گردشگری را سبب شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نقش صنعت گردشگری در ارتقا سطح کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان در شهر سرعین می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی مبتنی پرسشنامه است و جامعه آماری آن ساکنان شهر سرعین بوده و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 360 نفر بوده و از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از دیدگاه جامعه میزبان اثرات اقتصادی گردشگری با ضریب 0.427 تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفاه مادی و اثرات اجتماعی فرهنگی گردشگری با ضریب 0.321 تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر رفاه اجتماعی دارند؛ همچنین متغیرهای اثرات اقتصادی، رفاه مادی و رفاه اجتماعی به ترتیب با ضرایب مسیر 0.175،0.345 و 0.385تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کیفیت زندگی دارند اما اثرات اجتماعی فرهنگی بر کیفیت زندگی جامعه میزبان تاثیر معناداری ندارد. در نهایت نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در مجموع متغیرهای مستقل، 55.8 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته (کیفیت زندگی) را تبیین می‌کند.

Study of the Relationship between Tourism Industry and Improving the Quality of Life of the Host Society (Case Study: Sarein City)

Tourism industry has different effects on the destination. These effects can be social, economic, cultural and environmental. Based on a sustainable development model, these effects should reflect the quality of life of the host community and improve the quality of life of the tourist destination. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of tourism industry on improving the quality of life of host society in Sarein city. This research is a descriptivesurvey research based on a questionnaire. The statistical population is the residents of Sarein city. The sample size is 360 people based on the Cochran formula, which is selected by available sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed by using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS and SMARTPLS software. The results of the research showed that from the viewpoint of the host society, the economic effects of tourism with a 0.427 coefficient have a positive and significant positive effect on social wellbeing on the material wellbeing and socialcultural effects of tourism with a coefficient of 0.321. Also, the variables of economic effects, material wellbeing and social welfare with a coefficient of 0.175, 0.345 and 0.385 have a positive and significant effect on quality of life, but sociocultural effects on the quality of life of the host society have no significant effect. Finally, the results of the study showed that, in total, independent variables, 55.8% of the changes in the dependent variable (quality of life) are explained.
