چالش‌های اجتماعی و مشکلات زندگی جانبازان (مطالعه موردی: جانبازان زیر 25 درصد در استان خراسان رضوی)

این پژوهش با روش کیفی، چالش‌های اجتماعی و مشکلات زندگی جانبازانزیر 25 درصدرا توصیف و تحلیل می‌کند و زمینه‌های ظهور نارضایتی آنها را توضیح می‌دهد. داده‌ها به کمک مصاحبه‌نامه نیمه‌ساخت یافته و با انجام مصاحبه‌ی عمیق و حضوری با 30 نفر از جانبازان زیر 25 درصد در استان خراسان رضوی جمع‌آوری شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد مشکلات عمده‌ی جانبازان با شیوه‌ی امتیازدهی توسط بنیاد شهید آغاز می‌شود. نظیر باور به بی‌اعتمادی بنیاد نسبت به جانبازان، کارکرد نادرست کمیسیون جانبازان و درصدبندی نادرست جانبازی، احساس تبعیض به سبب رفتار ناعادلانه‌ی بنیاد، رنج جانبازنمایی، افت منزلت جانبازی در جامعه است. این مشکلات باعث احساس محرومیت از احترام، مزایا و هویت سازمانی شده است که در نهایت به نارضایتی از بنیاد شهید و سایر سازمان‌ها انجامیده است. تقاضای جانبازان تجدیدنظر در فرایند درصدبندی جانبازی، مورد احترام و تقدیر واقع شدن مقام جانبازی در جامعه و بالاخره تشکیل کارگروه‌هایی از جانبازان در بنیاداست.

Social Challenges and Life Problems of Veterans (Case Study: Veterans Under 25% in Khorasan Razavi Province (

This qualitative study describes and analyzes the social challenges and life problems of veterans below 25% and explains the causes of their dissatisfaction. The data were collected through semistructured interviews and indepth interviews with 30 veterans under 25% in Khorasan Razavi province. The results indicate that the major problems of the veterans begin with the method of scoring by the Martyr Foundation. This procedure of scoring creates adverse consequences like a sense of Foundation’s lack of trust in veterans, the inadequate functioning of the Veterans’ Commission, and the incorrect determining the percentage of injury, a feeling of discrimination on the basis of Foundation’s unfair treatment, the suffering resulted from people Pretending to be a veteran, and a decline in the status of veterans in society.These problems have led to a sense of deprivation of respect, benefits and organizational identity which has ultimately led to dissatisfaction with the Martyr Foundation and other organizations. Veterans are demanding a revision in determining the percentage of injury, being respected and honored as a veteran in the society and finally, forming a working group of veterans in the Foundation.
