کاربرد اخلاق بندگی در تقویت رضایت زناشویی و کارآمدی خانواده

اخلاق بندگی یکی از اقسام اخلاق است که به نحوه ارتباطِ انسان با خدا در ابعاد مختلفِ شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری می‌پردازد و از بایدها و نبایدهای اخلاقی که یک انسان لازم است در رابطه‌اش با خدا مراعات کند، سخن می‌گوید. یکی از مصادیقِ اخلاق بندگی در بُعد شناختی، عبارت از تصور و ادراک مثبت و درست از خداوند است. افرادی که از خداوند، تصور و ادراکِ مثبت و درستی داشته باشند، در زندگیِ خود، از آثارِ مثبتی بهره‌مند می‌شوند. یکی از کاربردها و تاثیراتِ اخلاق بندگی در زمینه تصور و ادراکِ مثبت از خداوند، تقویت رضایت زناشویی و کارآمدی خانواده است که برای اثبات این ادعا، دوره آموزشیِ اخلاق بندگی تعریف شد و اثر بخشی آن بر تقویت رضایت زناشویی و کارآمدی خانواده سنجش گردید. بدین منظور پس از تدوین برنامه آموزش اخلاق بندگی، با استفاده از تحقیق کیفی، این برنامه اعتباریابی شد و بعد از آن با روش تحقیق نیمه‌آزمایشی بر دو متغیر رضامندی زناشویی و کارآمدی خانواده سنجیده شد. جامعه آماری، افراد متاهل شهر اصفهان بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و داوطلبانه 25 نفر از افراد متاهل در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد در سطح 0.05 p<میانگین نمرات گروه آزمایش در دو متغیر کارآمدی خانواده و رضایت زناشویی از میانگین نمرات گروه کنترل به طور معناداری بالاتر بوده است. بنابراین نتایج نشان از تاثیر معنادار برنامه آموزش اخلاق بندگی بر متغیرهای پژوهش است.

applying the ethics of servitude in enhancing marital satisfaction and family efficiency

the ethics of servitude is a type of ethics that deals with the way humans relate to god and talks about the moral dos and don’ts that a human being must observe in his relationship with god. one of the examples of the ethics of servitude in the cognitive dimension is a positive and correct idea and perception of god. people who have a positive and correct idea and perception of god benefit from positive effects in their lives. one of the uses and effects of the ethics of servitude in the field of a positive idea and perception of god is to strengthen marital satisfaction and family efficiency. to prove this claim, the ethics of servitude training course was defined and its effectiveness on strengthening marital satisfaction and family efficiency was measured. for this purpose, after developing the ethics of servitude training program, this program was validated using qualitative research and then measured using a semi-experimental research method on two variables: marital satisfaction and family efficiency. the statistical population was married people in isfahan city, and 25 married people were randomly assigned to two groups, control and experimental, using a convenient and voluntary sampling method. the results showed that at the p<0.05 level, the mean scores of the experimental group in the two variables of family efficiency and marital satisfaction were significantly higher than the mean scores of the control group. therefore, the results indicate a significant effect of the servitude ethics training program on the research variables.
