مثلث سازی در روابط زوجین( علل غیر اخلاقی آن و راهکارهای اخلاقی جلوگیری از آن)

پژوهش حاضر، عامل غیر اخلاقی مثلث سازی در روابط زناشویی و راهکارهای اخلاقی آن را بررسی می کند مثلث سازی به معنی دخالت دیگران در زندگی مشترک است که می تواند موجب بروز تنش و آسیب به بنیان خانواده شود. در بخش اول تحقیق، علل عبر اخلاقی مثلث سازی شامل استقلال نداشتن ،زوجین دخالتهای غیر ضروری دیگران، تولد فرزند جدید و وجود افراد مغرض در خانواده ها، شناسایی شده است. در بخش دوم، راهکارهای اخلاقی برای حذف مثلثهای محرب ارائه شده است؛ از جمله تقویت رازداری و تمرکز بر رفع مشکلات به صورت بینابینی و بدون دخالت دیگران، افزایش تمایز اخلاقی و حذف مثلث های خانوادگی برای حفظ رابطه سالم این تحقیق به روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده و در تلاش برای پاسخ به این پرسش است که چگونه می توان از مثلث سازی در روابط زناشویی جلوگیری کرد. نتایج نشان میدهد تقویت اصول اخلاقی و تاکید بر مشارکت زوجین در حل مسائل به آنان کمک میکند از نفوذ ناخواسته دیگران جلو گیری و فضای مثبت و پایداری را در زندگی مشترک خود ایجاد کند. این پژوهش تاکید میکنند زوجین با پیروی از راهکارهای اخلاقی و ایجاد ارتباط موثر، بهتر می تواند مشکلات ناشی از دخالتهای بیرونی غلبه کنند و زندگی زناشویی موفق تری داشته برباشند.

this study explores the role of ethical behavior in preventing triangulation in marital relationships. triangulation occurs when third parties become involved in a couple’s relationship, often leading to conflicts and tension. this can ultimately harm the foundation of the family unit. drawing on ethical principles, the research identifies the causes of triangulation and offers solutions that help couples maintain privacy and prevent external interference.the research adopts a descriptive and analytical approach to address the question: what are the unethical causes of triangulation in marital relationships, and how can ethical strategies prevent it? by strengthening ethical behavior, couples can establish clear boundaries, improve communication, and protect their relationship from unwanted outside influence.the goal of this study is to provide couples with practical, ethically-based strategies to foster a positive and stable marital environment. the findings suggest that, by adhering to ethical principles, couples can effectively address external challenges, avoid triangulation, and maintain a healthy, enduring marriage.
