طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل دانشگاه‌ فضیلت‌مدار (رویکرد آمیخته)

دانشگاه‌ها نقش اساسی درتوسعه و پیشرفت کشور دارند و جهت رسیدن دانشگاه‌ها به اهداف بلندمدت و آرمانی‌خود،لازم است مدلی برای دانشگاه فضیلت‌مدار طراحی و اعتباریابی شود.پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل دانشگاه‌ فضیلت‌مدار انجام گرفت.روش این پژوهش از نوع آمیخته(کیفی-کمی) است.دربخش‌کیفی،جامعه پژوهش شامل‌مقالاتی بودند که درزمینه دانشگاه فضیلت‌مدار بین سال‌های 1403-1392شمسی برای مطالعات‌داخلی و بین سال‌های 2023-2007 میلادی برای مطالعات خارجی چاپ شده بودند. تعداد 48مقاله برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شد.دربخش‌کمی، جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان علوم‌انسانی شهر اردبیل در مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری که از طریق فرمول کوکران تعداد 281نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده برای نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.دربخش کیفی از ابزار هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و بارسو(2007) و دربخش‌کمی از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر شناسایی 61شاخص مدل دانشگاه فضیلت‌مدار در قالب 7مولفه شامل عوامل‌مدیریتی و راهبری، روابط‌گروهی و میان‌سازمانی، عوامل فردمحور فضیلت‌مداری، توفیق‌طلبی و پژوهش‌محوری، عوامل ساختارمحور در ارتقای فضیلت‌مداری، فرهنگ سازی فضیلت‌مدارانه و فضیلت‌مداری تعامل‌محور بود.اعتبار الگوی طراحی شده با استفاده از نرم افزار smartpls3 ازطریق‌تحلیل‌عاملی مورد سنجش و تایید قرارگرفت.نتایج این مطالعه‌می‌تواند به‌مسئولان ومدیران‌آموزش‌عالی درشناسایی ویژگی‌های دانشگاه فضیلت‌مدار و توسعه فضیلت‌مداری در دانشگاه‌ها و اثربخشی آن کمک کند.

designing and validating the model of a virtue-oriented university (mixed approach)

universities play an essential role in the development and progress of the country, and in order for universities to achieve their long-term and ideal goals, it is necessary to design and validate a model for a virtuous university.the current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the model of virtue-oriented university.the method of this research is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). in the qualitative part, the research community included the articles that were published in the field of fazhele madar university between 1392-1403 shamsi for internal studies and between 2007-2023 ad for external studies. 48 articles were selected for final analysis. in the quantitative part, the statistical population includes humanities students of ardabil city in master’s and doctorate degrees, 281 people were selected for the statistical sample through the cochran formula by simple random sampling. in the qualitative section, the seven-step tool of sandelowski and barso (2007) was used, and in the quantitative section, a researcher-made questionnaire was used.the findings of the research indicated the identification of 61 indicators of the virtue-oriented university model in the form of 7 components, including management and leadership factors, group and inter-organizational relations, virtue-oriented person-oriented factors, success-oriented and research-oriented factors, structure-oriented factors in promoting virtue-oriented culture, virtue-oriented culture and interaction-oriented virtue-oriented factors.the validity of the model designed using smartpls3 software was measured and confirmed through factor analysis.the results of this study can help higher education officials and managers in identifying the characteristics of virtue-oriented universities and the development of virtue-oriented universities and its effectiveness.
