چیستی ارزش اخلاقی از منظر ملکی تبریزی، به مثابه مبنای استنباط احکام اخلاق کاربردی

بحث از ارزش و ارزش اخلاقی، یکی از مباحث مهم فلسفه اخلاق است و وجود مکاتب مختلف، ثمرۀ نزاع بر سر این مسئله است. یکی از ضروری‌ترین بحث‌های آن، مبحث چیستی ارزش است که همچون مبنایی برای استنباط احکام اخلاق کاربردی عمل می‌کند و پس از تبیین آن، می‌توان به سراغ دیگر مسائل ارزش اخلاقی رفت و گزاره‌های اخلاقی را بر اساس آن موجه ساخت. در ادامۀ اینکه آیا وجود این ارزش‌ها مستقل ازخواسته‌ها و امیال آدمی است یا وابسته به آن، این مسئله که آیا ارزش‌های اخلاقی در عالم واقع وجود دارند یا صرفاً از وجودی ذهنی برخوردارند، خود به بررسی نیاز دارد. پس از آن باید پرسید آیا می‌توان به ارزش‌ها شناخت پیدا کرد و راه‌های شناخت کدام است‌؟ ازاین‌رو، در این پژوهش با روش استنطاق متن و رویکردی توصیفی‌تحلیلی، این مسئله از منظر مرحوم ملکی تبریزی (به‌خاطر توجه صاحب‌نظران معاصر به آثار ایشان) بررسی می‌شود. با توجه به مبانی و دیدگاه ایشان، در بررسی احکام اخلاق کاربردی باید توجه داشت که ارزش‌های اخلاقی، اموری واقعی در عالم هستند که از احساسات و تمایل آدمی مستقل‌اند و برای شناخت آن‌ها، می‌توان از وحی، عقل و تجربه بهره جست.

the reality of moral value from the perspective of maleki tabrizi; as a basis for inferring the rules of applied ethics

the subject of moral value is one of the important topics of moral philosophy, and the existence of different schools is the result of the conflict in this issue. one of the most necessary issues is the topic of what value is, which acts as a basis for inferring the rules of applied ethics, and after explaining it, one can discuss other issues of moral value and justify moral propositions based on it. investigating whether moral values exist in the real world or they only have a mental existence, then whether the existence of these values is independent of human desires and inclinations or dependent on them needs to be investigated. after that, it is necessary to talk about whether it is possible to gain knowledge about values and what are the ways of knowing. therefore, in this research, with the method inferring from the texts and a descriptive-analytical approach, this issue is considered from the perspective of the late maleki tabrizi, due to the attention of contemporary scholars to his works. according to his principles and point of view, in examining the rules of applied ethics, it should be noted that moral values are real things in the world that are independent of human feelings and desires, and to know them, revelation, reason, and experience can be used.
