بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی و اخلاق سلامت

در بهمن سال 1397، رهبر معظم انقلاب، مطالبی منتشر کردند که با عنوان «بیانیۀ گام دوم انقلاب» شهرت یافت. دومین توصیۀ ایشان در این بیانیه «معنویت و اخلاق» است. این مقاله به مولفه های بیان‌شده در این بخش و ربط و نسبت آن با اخلاق پزشکی در کشور پرداخته است. این مطالعه به‌شیوۀ تحلیل محتوای بیانیۀ منتشرشده انجام گردید. نکات مربوط به اخلاق و اخلاق پزشکی در دو محور: الف) اخلاق و تمدن سازی و ب) مولفه های اخلاقی بیانیه، دسته بندی و تحلیل شدند. محور دوم، خود به سه بخش 1) مبانی اخلاقی، 2) اخلاق؛ جهت‌دهندۀ حرکت‌ها، نیاز جامعه و 3) نقش سازمان در گسترش اخلاق تقسیم شد. امروزه نیاز اصلی سامانۀ سلامت، رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای فردی است.با وجود تلاش های ارزشمند و پیشرفت های اخلاق پزشکی کشور، ارتقای روزافزون اخلاق سلامت برای رسیدن به افق تمدن نوین اسلامی مستلزم کار جهادی و تلاش فوق العاده است.در کنار اهمیت اخلاق فردی، اخلاق سازمانی و اخلاقی‌بودن مجموعۀ مدیریتی نظام سلامت کشور نیز اهمیت دارد. سیاست‌گذاری های کلان، میانی و خُرد باید بر مبنای مراعات اصول و قواعد اخلاق پزشکی باشد.

the statement of the second step of the islamic revolution, and health ethics

the iranian supreme leader issued a statement in february 2019 which has become wellknown as ‘the second phase of the revolution statement’. his second advice in this statement concerns “spiritualities and ethics”. this study had addressed and discussed the components of this advice in relation to ethics and medical ethics in iran. this study followed the content analysis to analyze the issued statement. the points that are related to ethics and medical ethics divided and analyzed into two categories: a) ethics and civilization creation, and b) the ethical components. the second category itself was divided into three subcategories: 1) ethical principles, 2) ethics, guiding the movements and society needs, and 3) the role of organization in promoting ethics. today, healthcare system needs to observe personal, professional ethics. despite praiseworthy efforts and advancements made in medical ethics in iran, the constant improvement of medical ethics requires strenuous efforts to reach the full potential of the modern islamic civilization. on par with personal ethics, organizational ethics and being ethical of the management of the iranian healthcare system is also important. macropolicies and micropolicies need to be formulated based on the observation of the principles and rules of medical ethics.
