تحلیل مقایسه‌ای مفهوم تربیت اخلاقی از منظر علامه طباطبایی با الگوی رشد صفات خُلقی شخصیت (با هدف کاربرد در عرصۀ فرزندپروری)

یکی از کارکردهای خانواده، تربیت اعضای جدید و پرورش فرزندان بر اساس نیازهای تربیتی مختلف از جمله تربیت اخلاقی است. مقالۀ حاضر درصدد است از طریق مقایسۀ تحلیلی مبانی هستی‌شناسی، انسان‌شناسی و کاربردهای دو الگوی تربیت اخلاقی از منظر علامه طباطبایی و رشد صفات خُلقی شخصیت به نگاهی عمیق‌تر در این زمینه دست پیدا کند. برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش فرایند چرخه‌ای تحلیل استفاده شده است. بر این اساس، الگوی فرزندپروری مبتنی بر آرای تربیت اخلاقی علامه طباطبایی به‌منزلۀ الگویی جدید تبیین و بررسی شد و نشان داده شد که «منش»، هدف اصلی تغییر در فرایند این الگو محسوب می‌شود و چگونگی ایجاد آن تحت‌تاثیر سه عامل «صفات طبیعتی ذاتی (موروثی)»، «صفات خُلقی غیرذاتی (محیط‌ساخته)» و «اخلاقیات (خودساخته)» انسان است و ارادۀ خود شخص در ایجاد و شکل‌دهی به آن نقش بسزایی دارد. این الگو با تکیه بر ایجاد تغییر در این عوامل و مولفه‌ها، راهبردها و روش‌های آموزشی و تربیتی خود را بنا می‌گذارد و اساسی از نظر مبانی هستی‌شناسی و انسان‌شناسی و کاربردی، تفاوت‌هایی با الگوی تربیت اخلاقی رشد صفات خُلقی شخصیت دارد.

a comparative analysis of the concept of moral education from the perspective of allameh tabatabai with the growth pattern of personality traits for applying in parenting

one of the functions of the family is to raise new members and train children in the form of various educational needs, including moral education. the present article seeks to gain a deeper view of this field through an analytical comparison of the principles of ontology, anthropology and applications of the two models of moral education from the perspective of allameh tabatabai and the development of personality traits.to achieve this goal, we used the method of the cyclical analysis process. based on this, the parenting model based on allameh tabatabai’s moral education views was explained as a new model and it was shown that &character& is the main purpose of changing the process of this model and how to create it under the influence of three factors. &inherent nature (inherited)&, &nonintrinsic moral traits (environmentcreated )& and &morality (selfmade)& are human and the &will& of the person himself plays an important role in creating and shaping it. this model is based on creating changes in these factors and components to establish their own educational and training strategies and methods. there are fundamental differences in terms of ontological, anthropological, and applied principles with the pattern of moral education for the development of personality traits.
