بررسی و تبیین پیش‌نیازهای دانشی و مهارتی در ارتقای اخلاق کنشگری روحانیت

روحانیت یکی از مهم‌ترین گروه‌های مرجع در ایران است. با توجه به کاهش ضریب محبوبیت و اعتبار روحانیت بین قشرهای مختلف مردم در سال‌های اخیر، باید علاوه بر بازنگری اساسی در محتواهای ارائه‌ای، خود را به دانش‌ها و مهارت‌هایی مجهز کنند که با رعایت آن‌ها زمینۀ نفوذ بیشتر و پذیرش عمیق را در میان مخاطبان خود فراهم سازند. بدین منظور، توجه به مولفه‌های قبل ازکنشگری (به‌منزلۀ پیش‌نیاز ارتباط موثر) در اولویت بررسی قرار دارد. گردآوری اطلاعات این مقاله، کتابخانه‌ای و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استقرایی انجام شده است؛ بدین ترتیب که ابتدا سرفصل‌های تاثیرگذار در این امر، دسته‌بندی منطقی شده‌اند و سپس، به تبیین اجمالی چرایی توجه به این مولفه‌ها در کنشگری روحانیت پرداخته شده است. «پرهیر از خودبرترانگاری»، «پرهیز از پیش‌داوری ذهنی» و «پرهیز از توجیه‌گری» از جمله خصایصی هستند که به‌طور مستقیم بر اخلاق کنشگری تاثیر می‌گذارند.

Investigating and explaining the knowledge and skills prerequisites in promoting the clergies’ ethics of activism

The clergies form one of the most important leading groups in Iran, which in recent years, due to the decline in popularity and credibility among different groups of people, must equip themselves with knowledge and skills in addition to a fundamental revision in the content the present. They will witness a better transmission of material and higher influence and create deep acceptance in their audience. In terms of temporal priority, attention to preactivation components are considered as a prerequisite for effective communication. Based on the collection of information, in a library and by inductive qualitative content analysis method, this article first logically categorizes the influential chapters in this regard and then briefly explains why these components are considered in clerical activism. Attention to “lack of selfsuperiority”, “lack of mental prejudice”, “lack of justificatio”n are among the characteristics that can directly affect the ethics of activism.
