اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمی و تاثیر نگرش صحیح در پرورش متربی

موضوع مقالۀ حاضر، توجه به نگرش و اعتقاد صحیح در پرورش متربی است. بررسی متون دینی نشان می‌دهد نوع نگرش انسان به خداوند، جهان هستی، انسان و دین از زیربنایی‌ترین موضوعاتی است که رفتارهای انسان را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌‌دهد. از آن رو که این موضوعات به‌طور خاص در حرفۀ معلمی تاثیر بسزایی دارند، در مقالۀ حاضر که به روش کتابخانه‌ای تهیه گردیده، تاثیر آن‌ها در حرفۀ معلمی به‌اختصار تبیین شده است. اعتقاد به علم و قدرت و حکمت بی‌پایان خداوند، اعتقاد به ربوبیت خداوند متعال، اعتقا‌د به نصرت و یاری خداوند و طلب خیر از او، توکل و واگذاری امور به خداوند، نظام احسن آفرینش، ماهیت زندگی دنیا، آمیختگی دنیا با رنج و سختی، کرامت ذاتی انسان، اراده و اختیار انسان، ذوابعاد بودن وجود انسان، هدفمندی آفرینش انسان، آسانی دین، پذیرش اختیاری دین، تفاوت نهادن بین دین و دینداران و اعتقاد به سیاست دینی، مهم‌‌ترین موضوعاتی است که در این مقاله مطرح و تاثیر آن در حرفۀ معلمی تبیین شده است.

Examination of religious texts reveals that the type of human attitude towards God, the universe, man and religion are the most fundamental issues that affect human behavior. Belief in the infinite knowledge, power and wisdom of God, Belief in the Lordship of God Almighty, Belief in God’s help and assistance and asking for good from Him, Trust and entrustment of affairs to God, Creation of a good system, The nature of the life of the world, The combination of the world with suffering and hardship, Intrinsic human dignity, Human will and free will, Dimensionality of human existence, Purpose of human creation, Ease of religion, Voluntary acceptance of religion, Distinguishing between religion and religious people and Belief in religious politics are the most important issues in the article that its impact on the teaching profession is explained.
