هنجارهای اخلاقی حاکم بر ارتباط با ناهم‌‌جنس در قرآن (با تمرکز بر سوره‌‌های احزاب و نور)

اخلاق جنسی بر دسته ای از عادات، ملکات و رفتار‌‌های انسان مشتمل است که به غریزۀ‌‌ جنسی مربوط می‌شوند. آنچه این مقاله به روش توصیفی تحلیلی به آن می‌‌پردازد، کیفیتی است که در قرآن برای ارتباط مرد و زن با یکدیگر ترسیم شده است. تمرکز مقاله بر سوره‌‌های احزاب و نور و بر روابطی است که در خارج از پیوندهای نسبی، سببی، مِلکیّت و نکاح شکل می‌‌گیرد. البته آیاتی که دربارۀ روابط یادشده هستند، به فهم بهتر آیاتی که به روابط خارج از این پیوندها ناظرند، کمک می کنند. یافته‌‌های مقاله نشان می‌‌دهد هدف از اوامر و نواهی قرآن در این دو سوره، تحصیل اغراضی مشخص است و مناط‌‌هایی نیز در نظر گرفته شده است. تزکیه و تطهیر قلب، غرض این اوامر و نواهی به‌شمار می رود که با رعایت اموری از قبیل غضّ بصر، حفظ فرج، ستر زینت پنهان، دوری از تبرّج، اجتناب از خضوع در قول و پرهیز از ورود سرزده به اماکن خصوصی تحصیل می‌‌شود. مناط این کارها، وجود نیاز و جذابیت جنسی است.

Moral Norms Governing the Relation with the Other Gender in Qur`an (Focusing on AlAhzab and AnNur Surahs of Qur’an)

Sexual morality entails a group of habits and behaviors of human beings that relates to sexual desire. Through a descriptiveanalytical method, the present study examined a framework that Qur`an defined for the male and female relationships. This study focused on AlAhzab and AnNur Chapters as well as relations that are shaped beyond relatives, affinity, ownership and marriage bonds.  It is worth mentioning that  the Verses on the mentioned bonds contributes to the better understanding  of the Verses on the relations beyond the bonds. The findings showed that the do`s and do not`s in these two chapters are to obtain the defined purposes with some criteria. Refinement and purification of the heart are the main aims of such do`s and do not`s which are obtained by avoiding stares, chastity, covering beauties and adorned , avoiding showing off, abstaining breaking promises and intruding the privacies. Their criteria are the presence of needs and the temptation of sexual desire.
