شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی چالش‌های کاهش هزینه از دیدگاه مدیران و خبرگان بانک ملی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی

از آنجایی که بانک‌ها نقش حساس و کلیدی را در رشد و توسعه نظام اقتصادی کشور ایفا می‌کنند، موضوع کاهش هزینه‌های بانکی همواره مورد توجه صاحب‌نظران بوده است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی چالش‌های پیش‌روی کاهش هزینه‌های عملیاتی از دیدگاه مدیران و خبرگان بانک ملی‎ و سپس ارائه رهنمود جهت کاهش این هزینه‌هاست. همچنین، جامعه آماری پژوهش را 375 نفر از مدیران، معاونان و خبرگان بانک ملی در سطح کشور طی دوره 1401 تشکیل می‌دهند. در این پژوهش، از ابزار پرسش‌نامه به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات بهره گرفته شد، سپس از طریق فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی به اولویت‌بندی چالش‌های کاهش هزینه با استفاده از نرم افزار fuzzy ahp پرداخته شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز حاکی از آن است که مهم‌ترین چالش‌های کاهش هزینه بانک ملی شامل چالش‌های مدیریتی، سازمانی، فناوری اطلاعات، عملیاتی، محیطی و مالی است. علاوه بر این، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که از بین چالش‌های موثر بر کاهش هزینه‌های عملیاتی بانک ملی، چالش‌های فناوری اطلاعات رتبه اول را کسب کرده است که بیانگر اهمیت بسیار زیاد فناوری اطلاعات در صنعت بانکداری است. رتبه‌های بعدی نیز به‌ترتیب به چالش‌های مدیریتی، سازمانی، محیطی، مالی و عملیاتی تعلق می‌گیرد. بدین ترتیب، با رفع چالش های پیش روی کاهش هزینه های بانک ملی علاوه بر اینکه سیستم مدیریت هرینه های بانک بهینه می شود، سطح کارایی بانک نیز افزایش می یابد.

identification and ranking of cost reduction challenges from the viewpoint of bank melli managers and experts using the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method

since banks play a sensitive and key role in the growth and development of the country’s economic system, the issue of reducing banking costs has always been the focus of experts. the main goal of the current research is to identify and rank the challenges facing the reduction of operational costs from the viewpoint of bank melli managers and experts and then provide guidelines to reduce these costs. also, the statistical population of the research consists of 375 managers, assistants and experts of bank melli in the country during the period of 2022. in this research, the questionnaire tool was used to collect information, then the cost reduction challenges were prioritized through the fuzzy hierarchical analysis process using fuzzy ahp software. the results of the data analysis using spss26 software also indicate that the most important cost reduction challenges of bank melli include managerial, organizational, information technology, operational, environmental and financial challenges. in addition, the findings indicate that among the challenges affecting the reduction of operational costs of the bank melli, the challenges of information technology have won the first rank, which indicates the great importance of information technology in the banking industry. the next ranks are assigned to managerial, organizational, environmental, financial and operational challenges. in this way, by solving the challenges of reducing the costs of the national bank, in addition to optimizing the bank’s cost management system, the bank’s efficiency level will also increase.
