بررسی ارتباط بین نیازها و تاب آوری اعضای خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش های مراقبت ویژه : یک مطالعه مقطعی

زمینه و هدف: ارائه مراقبت خانواده محور و توجه به خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه یکی از ضرورت‌های بخش مراقبت ویژه است. از طرفی تاب‌آوری به عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های سلامت روان است که توانایی فرد را برای سازگاری مثبت در وضعیت‌های استرس زا افزایش می‌دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین نیازها و تاب‌آوری اعضای خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه شد.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی، توصیفی همبستگی است که در سال 1400 در شهر شهرکرد، ایران انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه اعضای خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه بود. تعداد 149 نفر از پرستاران به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌های دموگرافیک، تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون و پرسشنامه سنجش نیازهای خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه استفاده شدنتایج: بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، میانگین نمره نیازهای خانواده 143/14 با انحراف معیار 21/75 بود که سطح بالایی از نیازها را نشان داد. بیشترین نیاز اعضاء خانواده مربوط به بعد اطمینان و اطلاعات و کمترین نیاز مربوط به بعد حمایت بود. میانگین نمره تاب‌آوری 70/04 با انحراف معیار 16/89 بود که نشان می‌دهد اعضاء خانواده از تاب‌آوری قابل قبولی برخوردار بودند. با توجه به نمره تعدیل شده در بررسی نمره تاب‌آوری اعضا خانواده بیشترین نمره مربوط به بعد معنویت و کمترین نمره مربوط به بعد کنترل بود. بین تاب‌آوری با همه ابعاد نیازهای خانواده، ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌داری (0/05

the association between the needs and resilience of family members of patients in intensive care units in hospitals affiliated to shahrekord university of medical sciences: a cross-sectional study

background & aim: it is essential to provide family-centered care and pay attention to the families of critically ill patients. consequently, the present study determined the relationship between the needs and resilience of family members of patients hospitalized in intensive care units (icus) of hospitals affiliated to shahrekord university of medical sciences in 2021.methods: the present cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational study, was conducted in order to investigate the relationship between the needs and resilience of families of critically ill patients. the study population included the family members of all patients hospitalized in the icus of hospitals affiliated to shahrekord university of medical sciences in 2021, who were selected by available sampling. for this purpose, 149 family members were selected and answered the demographic questionnaire, the connor-davidson resilience scale (cd-risc) and critical care family needs inventory (ccfni).results: based on the findings, the average score of family needs was 143.14 ± 21.75, which showed a high level of needs. the highest need of family members was related to the dimension of assurance and information and the lowest need was related to the dimension of support. the mean resilience score was 70.04 ± 16.89, which shows that the family members had acceptable resilience. according to the adjusted resilience score of family members, the highest score was related to the dimension of spirituality and the lowest score was related to the dimension of control. there was a direct and significant relationship (p<0.05) between resilience and all the dimensions of family needs.conclusion: improving nurses’ knowledge and awareness of the needs, mental health status and resilience of family members in icus can lead to improved resilience and reduction of negative psychological consequences of family members during hospitalization and even after discharge by adopting solutions to meet these needs, as well as implementing training programs. supporting the family is essential to identify and understand the importance and priority of their needs to meet these needs properly and to pay attention to the mental health and resilience of families.
