رابطه تصور از خود، تاب‌آوری و تمایزیافتگی با اضطراب ناشی از کووید- 19 در پرستاران بخش مراقبت ویژه: یک مطالعه مقطعی

زمینه و هدف: اضطراب ناشی از کووید- 19، زمینه‌ساز برخی مشکلات روانشناختی در پرستاران می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه تصور از خود، تاب‌آوری و تمایز یافتگی با اضطراب ناشی از کووید- 19 در پرستاران بخش ویژه بیمارستان لقمان حکیم شهر تهران بود.روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه پرستاران بخش ویژه بیمارستان لقمان حکیم شهر تهران در شش ماهه دوم سال 1399 به تعداد 103 نفر تشکیل دادند که 81 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به پرسشنامه‌های ‌تصور ‌از‌ خود ‌بک‌، تاب‌آوری کونور‌ و ‌دیویدسون‌ و اضطراب ناشی از کووید- 19 علیپور و همکاران پاسخ دادند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد بین تصور از خود (r=-0.714, p=-0.001)، تاب‌آوری (p=0.001, r=-0.862)  با اضطراب ناشی از کووید- 19 در پرستاران بخش ویژه بیمارستان لقمان حکیم شهر تهران رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین تمایز یافتگی (r=0.667, p=0.001) با اضطراب ویروس کرونا رابطه مثبت وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که تصور از خود، تاب‌آوری و تمایز یافتگی با اضطراب ناشی از کووید- 19 در پرستاران ارتباط دارد.

the relationship between self-esteem, resilience and differentiation with covid-19 anxiety in hospital nurses: a cross-sectional study

background and aim: anxiety caused by covid-19 causes some psychological problems in nurses. the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between self-perception, resilience and differentiation with anxiety caused by covid-19 in nurses of loghman hakim hospital in tehran.methods: the present study was a cross-sectional study. the statistical population consisted of all nurses in the special ward of loghman hakim hospital in tehran in the second half of 2020 with 103 people. for this purpose, 81 people were selected as the sample size by simple random sampling. participants answered questionnaires about self-concept, connor’s and davidson’s resilience, and anxiety caused by covid-19 correlation coefficient and regression were used to analyze the data. results: the results showed that between self-perception (r=-0.714, p=-0.001) and resilience (p=0.001, r=-0.862) with anxiety caused by covid-19, a negative and significant relationship exists between the nurses of the special ward of loghman hakim hospital in tehran. there is also a positive relationship between differentiation (r=0.667, p=0.001) and covid-19 anxiety.conclusion: the results showed that self-concept, resilience and differentiation are associated with anxiety caused by covid-19 in nurses.
