بررسی سلامت روانشناختی خانواده افراد دچار مرگ مغزی و اهداکنندگان عضو در استان همدان

زمینه و هدف: مرگ ناگهانی و غیر منتظره از یک سو و تصمیم بسیار مهم اهدای عضو از سوی دیگر می‌تواند وضعیت سلامت روانشناختی خانواده بیماران مرگ مغزی را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین وضعیت سلامت روانشناختی ناشی از مرگ و اهداء عضو بر خانواده بیماران مرگ مغزی انجام شد.مواد و روش ‌ها: طرح پژوهش در این مطالعه از نوع طرح توصیفی مقطعی است. جامعه مورد نظر در پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی اعضای درجه یک خانواده بیماران مرگ مغزی رضایت دهنده به اهدای عضو بودند که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 50 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سلامت روان، افسردگی و اضطراب بک و پرسشنامه تجربه سوگ است. یافته ها: میزان سوگ و اضطراب شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش در حد متوسط بود (به ترتیب 52 درصد و 38 درصد). میزان افسردگی اکثر افراد شرکت کننده در پژوهش (50%) در حد متوسط بوده است. از لحاظ میزان سلامت عمومی نیز نیمی از آزمودنی‌ها وضعیت سلامتی خیلی ضعیف تا ضعیف داشتند. داده‌ها نشان داد که بین نمره کلی سوگ با اضطراب و افسردگی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد ( p <0.001).نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که افرادی که به اهدای عضو رضایت داده اند از لحاظ وضعیت روانشناختی چندان شرایط مطلوبی ندارند. جهت ارتقاء و بهبود وضعیت روان شناختی خانواده‌های اهدا کننده عضو توصیه می‌شود، برنامه‌های آمادگی روانی توسط تیم روان شناسی ارائه شود. 

Investigating the Psychological Health Status of the Immediate Family Members of Patients with Brain Death and Organ Donators in Hamadan Province

AbstractIntroduction: Sudden and unexpected death on one hand, and the crucial decision over organ donation on the other hand, can severely affect the mental health status of the family members of brain death patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological health status of the family members of the patients with brain death and organ donators.Methods: In this crosssectional descriptive study, the target population included all immediate family members of the patients with brain death who had agreed on organ donation. For this purpose, 50 individuals were selected as the sample of the study based on available sampling method. The instruments used in this study were the Mental Health Questionnaire, Beck Depression and Anxiety Questionnaire and Grief Experience Questionnaire.Results: The results showed that the level of grief and anxiety of the participants was moderate (52% and 38%, respectively). Most of the participants (50%) experienced moderate depression. In terms of general health, half of the subjects were reported to have poor or very poor health indices. The findings also showed that there is a positively significant relationship between the scores of grief and anxiety and depression (p < 0.001).Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that people who have given consent to organ donation are not in good psychological conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that the psychology team provide psychological programs to those family members in order to improve their psychological conditions.
