تاثیر استقرار طب اورژانس بر ارزیابی شاخص‎های عملکردی بخش اورژانس

زمینه و هدف: ﺑﺨﺶ اورژاﻧﺲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺑﺨشﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد آن ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﺎی ﺑﻴﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن و رﺿﺎﻳﺖ ﺑﻴﻤﺎران داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. این مطالعه با هدف تاثیر استقرار طب اورژانس بر ارزیابی شاخص های عملکردی بخش اورژانس دو بیمارستان انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه که از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود، تاثیر استقرار طب اورژانس بر ارزیابی شاخص های عملکردی بخش اورژانس دو بیمارستان در زاهدان، در سال1397 از بایگانی بیمارستان ها استخراج شد.یافته ها: این مطالعه نشان داد که حضور گروه طب اورژانس در بیمارستان تاثیری روی شاخص های عملکردی بخش اورژانس نداشته است اما استقرار گروه طب اورژانس در بیمارستان خاتم الانبیاء باعث کاهش میزان cpr ناموفق، میزان ترک بیمارستان با رضایت شخصی و هم چنین کاهش میانگین مدت زمان تریاژ در سطوح 3، 4 و 5 تریاژ شده است. بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، درصد cpr ناموفق، طی یکسال در بیمارستان تفاوت نداشته اما درصد آن پس از استقرار طب اورژانس در بیمارستان کاهش داشته است.نتیجه گیری: حضور گروه طب اورژانس در بیمارستان باعث بهبود شاخص های عملکردی طب اورژانس شده است.

The Effect of Emergency Medicine Establishment on the Evaluation of the Performance Indicators of the Emergency Department

Background & Aim: The emergency department is one of the most important wards in a hospital. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the performance indices in emergency departments of hospitals before and after the establishment of the emergency medicine group.Methods: In this crosssectional study, the performance indices in the emergency departments of hospitals were extracted before and after the establishment of emergency medicine groups from the archive of these hospitals.  Results: This study showed that the presence of the emergency medicine group in the hospital had no effect on the performance indicators of the emergency department, but the establishment of the emergency medicine group in Khatam alAnbia Hospital reduced the rate of unsuccessful CPR, the rate of hospitalization with personal satisfaction and the average triage time in Levels 3, 4 and 5 are triaged. According to the results of this study, the percentage of unsuccessful CPR did not differ during the year in the hospital, but its percentage decreased after the establishment of emergency medicine in the hospital.Conclusion: According to findings it can be concluded that the establishment of emergency medicine groups in hospitals improved their performance indices.
