بررسی تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر موبایل بر اضطراب بیماران کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر

زمینه و هدف: روش های تشخیصی  از جمله آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر یک تجربه تنش زا برای بیماران تحت آنژیوگرافی است که می تواند سبب اضطراب در این بیماران شود.  آموزش و افزایش آگاهی بیماران یکی از این روش هاست. این مطالعه با هدف  بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر  تلفن همراه بر اضطراب  بیماران کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر انجام گرفته است.روش‌ها: این مطالعه در سال 1397 در بیمارستان آموزشی گلستان اهواز انجام شد. یک نوع کارآزمایی بالینی با روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی آسان  بود. تعداد 94 بیمار کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر با  به روش بلوک‌های  4 تایی به دوگروه 47 نفری مداخله و کنترل  تقسیم شدند. علاوه بر اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، بیماران گروه آزمون محتوای آموزش را بصورت نرم افزار تلفن همراه  دریافت کردند و بیماران گروه کنترل تحت آموزش روتین بیمارستان قرار گرفتند. در هر دوگروه پرسشنامه اسپیلبرگر در سه مرحله توسط پژوهشگر تکمیل می  شد. سپس اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار  نسخه 21spss تحلیل  شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری اثر متقابل زمان و آزمون تی مستقل، دو گروه از نظر سطح اضطراب آشکار و پنهان قبل از مداخله، تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند. بعد از مداخله در گروه کنترل در هر مرحله میانگین نمره افزایش یافت ولی در گروه آزمون در هر مرحله میانگین نمره اضطراب کاهش یافت.نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از آموزش روش مبتنی بر تلفن همراه در کاهش اضطراب بیماران کاندید آنژیوگرافی عروق کرونر اثر داشت.

The Effectiveness of Based-Mobile Education on Anxiety of Patients Candidate Coronary Angiography

Background and Aim: Diagnostic methods, including coronary angiography, are a stressful experience for patients undergoing angiography that can cause anxiety in these patients. Educating and raising patients’ awareness is one of these methods. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of mobilebased education on anxiety of patients undergoing coronary angiography.Methods: study was performed in Golestan teaching hospital in Ahwaz in 2018. One type of clinical trial was easy with nonprobability sampling. 94 patients who were candidates for coronary angiography were divided into two groups of intervention and control using a 4block design.In addition to demographic information, the patients in the control group received the training content via mobile software and the patients in the treatment group received routine hospital education Spielberger statetrait anxiety inventory was completed by the researcher in both groups. The data were then analyzed using SPSS software.Results: According to the results of analysis of variance with repeated measures of time interaction effect and independent ttest, the two groups had no significant difference in the level of anxiety before the intervention and were almost the same. After intervention in the control group, the mean score increased in each phase, but in the experimental group the mean score of anxiety decreased in each phase. Conclusion: The use of mobilebased teaching method was effective in reducing anxiety in patients undergoing coronary angiography.
