واکاوی رفتار بهداشتی نسبت به استفاده از آفت‌کش‌ها (مورد: کشاورزان شهرستان خرم‌آباد)

رشد روزافزون جمعیت و نیاز مبرم به افزایش تولیدات کشاورزی، ارتباط نزدیکی با افزایش استفاده از سموم شیمیایی از جمله آفت‌کش‌ها دارد. قرار گرفتن در معرض سموم اثرات مضری بر سلامت انسان و محیط­زیست دارد و همچنین، اثرات نامطلوب بهداشتی زیادی بر­جای می‏گذارد. بنابراین، برای جلوگیری از این اثرات منفی و مضراتی که بر کشاورزان که روزانه در معرض آن قرار دارند اقدامات جدی در این زمینه لازم است. از آن­جا که رفتار بهداشتی کشاورزان در استفاده از سموم شیمیایی یک ضرورت است؛ هدف این پژهش تحلیل رفتار بهداشتی کشاورزان شهرستان خرم‌آباد در استفاده از سموم آفت‌کش بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کشاورزان شهرستان خرم آباد بود که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان نمونه‎ای به حجم 150 نفر برآورد گردید. ابزار گرداوری داده­ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی محتوایی ابزار تحقیق توسط متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای دانش با 43/0، نگرش با60/0و بیماری با 29/0 توانستند به­طور مستقیم بر رفتار بهداشتی کشاورزان تاثیر بگذارند. استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی، شبکه­های اجتماعی مجازی، برگزاری نشست­های حضوری متشکل از کارشناسان کشاورزی و بهداشت سلامت، کشاورزان پیشرو و معتمد، بهره‌برداری از مراکز فروش سموم و آفت‌کش‌ها به­عنوان فرصت آموزشی و نیز افزایش دسترسی و دستیابی کشاورزان به برخی وسایل مورد نیاز برای نهادینه کردن رفتار بهداشتی و ایمن کشاورزان در زمینه اصول و روش‌های مدیریت سموم و آفت‌کش‌ها پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

Analysing the Health Behavior in Use of Chemical Pesticides (case: farmers of Khorramabad County)

Increasing population growth and the urgent need to increase agricultural production are closely related to the increasing use of chemical pesticides, including pesticides. Exposure to toxins has harmful effects on human health and the environment, as well as many adverse health effects. Therefore, serious measures are needed to prevent these negative effects and harms to the farmers who are exposed to it on a daily basis. Whereas the health behavior of farmers in the use of chemical pesticides is a necessity; The purpose of this study was to analyze the health behavior of farmers in Khorramabad city in the use of pesticides. The statistical population of this study included farmers in Khorramabad city, which was estimated using a sample of 150 people using Krejcie and Morgan table. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that the content validity of the research tool was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha. The results showed that knowledge variables with 0.43, attitude with 0.60 and disease with 0.29 could directly affect the health behavior of farmers. Using mass media, virtual social networks, holding facetoface meetings consisting of agricultural and health experts, leading and trusted farmers, using pesticide and pesticide sales centers as educational opportunities, and increasing farmers’ access to some tools The need to institutionalize the healthy and safe behavior of farmers in the field of principles and methods of pesticide and pesticide management is suggested.
