بررسی اثر توزیع درآمد روستایی بر رشد بخش کشاورزی: رویکرد پنل غیر خطی خودرگرسیون با وقفه های توزیعی

براساس ادبیات جدید، بهبود توزیع درآمد موجب رشد اقتصادی است. با توجه به این موضوع و اهمیت بخش کشاورزی در اقتصاد کشور، در این مطالعه تاثیر توزیع درآمد روستایی بر رشد بخش کشاورزی به صورت پویا و غیرخطی در استان های ایران طی دوره 1394-1386 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور، پس از تایید وجود رابطه تعادلی بلندمدت نامتقارن، از مدل پانل غیرخطی خودرگرسیون باوقفه‌های توزیعی برای تحلیل اثرات نامتقارن استفاده شد. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که شوک‌های مثبت نابرابری درآمد روستایی اثر مثبتی بر رشد بخش کشاورزی در بلندمدت و کوتاه‌مدت دارد. همچنین، شوک‌های منفی نابرابری درآمد روستایی در کوتاه‌مدت اثر منفی و در بلندمدت اثر مثبت بر رشد بخش کشاورزی دارد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، اثر شوک های مثبت از اثر شوک های منفی بزرگتر می‌باشد که حاکی از تاثیر مثبت نابرابری درآمد بر رشد بخش کشاورزی و سازگاری نتایج به دست آمده با دیدگاه قدیم ادبیات دارد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که در کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت اثر شاخص قیمت مصرف‌کننده و مخارج دولت بر رشد بخش کشاورزی به ترتیب منفی و مثبت است. همچنین، اثر مالیات بر رشد بخش کشاورزی در کوتاه‌مدت مثبت و در بلندمدت منفی است.

Analyzing income distribution effect on agricultural sector growth: A nonlinear Panel ARDL Approach

According to new literature, improving income distribution leads to economic growth. Considering this issue and the importance of agriculture sector in the economy, in this study, the impact of rural income distribution on agricultural sector’s growth has been analyzed dynamically and nonlinearly in Iran's provinces during the period of 20072016. For this, after confirming the existence of a longrun asymmetric equilibrium relationship, auto regression model with nonlinear distributional lags was used to analyze the asymmetric effects. The result showed that the positive shocks of rural income inequality have a positive effect on agricultural growth in the long and short run. Also The negative shocks of rural income inequality have a negative effect in the short run and a positive effect on agricultural sector’s growth in the long run. According to the results, the effect of positive shocks is more than the negative shocks, which indicates the positive effect of income inequality on agricultural growth and the results are consistent with the old literature. In addition, the results showed that in the short and long run, the effect of consumer price index and government spending on agricultural growth was negative and positive, respectively. Also, the effect of tax on agricultural growth is positive in the short run and negative in the long run.
